My travel van broke down just outside Palm Springs and the Good Sam Clubs roadside service had me towed to State transmission Specialists over a half-hour away. Im so glad they did. The technicians & office people took care of me right away, and at a reasonble price. Thank you State Transmission! Highly recommended.

I took my Nissan juke to Carlos at the shop. He was very friendly when I got there and worked on my car that same day. It is a very honest mechanic shop and is the best mechanic shop Ive ever gone to. Most mechanics like to rip you off and are dishonest. Its very difficult to find a good mechanic but I hit the jackpot with this one. He is very honest and good at what he does. He knows what he is doing and he cares a lot about the customer and has very reasonable prices. Aside from the amazing customer service, he fixed my radiator and my air compressor and my car runs excellent. I will never go to another mechanic again. Ten out of ten reccomend!!!

They rebuilt a transmission on a Nissan cube and 1 week after the repairs the transmission went out they would not honor the 12 month warranty I file a complaint at bar already Do not do business whit this scam artist

First I want to say that I am not basing my review off of physical work done on my car. I took my car in to get fixed around 9 in the morning and the guy told me he would give me a call once he knew if he could or could not get the part. At about 1:30 I decided to call and see what was going on. He proceeded to tell me “oh my parts guy doesn’t have it”. All day I went without my car when he could’ve called me right away and told me so I could go get my car and use it. I was upset that there was no consideration. Then I get my car back and THE WORKERS ENDED UP STEALING MY WEED! It was not in plain sight. If you’re looking for a good shop I suggest driving a little further down the street for some better service and maybe some nonsmokers. This really should be 0 stars smh

You have changed to my car a low control control ARM and shock absorber and 2 days later appears a sound in the same side repaired, now Carlos toll me is a mount strut and now a have to pay more than the firts repair ... You dont have value added service and you did tell that only because a paid for change shock absorber and control arm ... Bad excuse ... bad service. You have lost a client and references ...They changed me at my request 2 parts: a shock absorber and an extension arm on the same side, 2 days later a noise appears when turning the rudder (noise that I did not have) and when I checked it Carlos tells me that it is the shock absorber support, now it is I take to put it but it turns out that they charge me more than what I paid to put the 2 pieces said before when that error or failure could have told me the same day they disassembled to assemble the shock absorber ... The response of the manager is that I pay him so that I put the shock absorber and the control arm no more .... There is no added value service since when they saw the damage or they had to test it before delivering it and warn you not to pay double for a piece that costs only 16 dollars ... Also He hinted that I shouldnt waste my time. They lose a client and my references.
