My car had gotten side swiped and I went to S&S to get my repairs. There were some delays on parts and labor due to COVID but they were really good with communication and updating me. The end result looks amazing! They worked well with my insurance. Would go back again!

I have been waiting 3 weeks for my estimate. I have called multiple times and they give me the same response we will email you, we will call you back in a few hours and nothing. I understand that times are tough right now with long part deliveries and not enough hands but to make me wait almost a month from my accident and still have nothing is insane. The employees were super nice when I was there in person, but the service is extremely slow and if you dont have the time to wait I would suggest finding somewhere else.

Far exceeded my expectations. They did a full detailing on my car, and it looks brand new now. The man at the counter who helped me was kind and polite and the other guy working when I dropped my car off was friendly and funny. The cleaning was better than I anticipated for the price. 10/10 would recommend.

Not happy with the quality of their work. I have a large suv and went to S&S to get it detailed. I have had my cars repaired and cleaned at S&S before and they had always done a decent job. But something has happened to their quality. While my car was there, a worker backed another vehicle into my car and damaged the front. They did the repair to fix it, but at first could not match the pinstripe so they only did one side and said they would let me know when a matching set would be available. Month and then some goes by and I had to call them to follow up. They finally got a matching set but when they put it on, they didnt do it properly because parts of the pinstripe was already peeling off. They have yet to fix it.This is on top of the horrible detail job. When I went to pick up the car, I noticed they did not clean the top of my SUV at all. Then looking out of the windshield, they did not clean the full windshield, the middle part was still dirty and I could see they only cleaned the outer parts of the windshield, the part within reach when standing on the ground. They also did not clean the bugs off of the front and the side mirrors. I told them this was not acceptable, they told me they would redo it. Took it back another day and when I got it back, the bugs were still on the side mirrors and now the interior smelled like it was fumigated with bubblegum perfume. I had to roll down the windows it was so strong. I went back in and the guy came out with a bottle of cleaner and a towel to wipe off the bugs from the side mirrors. At that point, I just left. Dont think Ill be going back there. Justin was super friendly and appreciate his efforts but the work was not quality.Update 10/13: The owner reached out to me to make things right. He researched their customer records and he said that he saw my concern had been going on since April. He sincerely apologized, got my pinstripes ordered and installed, and even re-detailed my suv. He also explained that they hired a new detail person and he did a fantastic job. I dont know what cleaners they used but it looked and smelled like I had just driven it out of the showroom floor. Thanks S&S for making it right!

Team gave me free suggestions on how to get rid of the water leaking inside the car from the rain flood and helped me patiently multiple times to save me money on fixing the water problem nicely and took care of the smell from the flood.The smell was awful, otherwise, all the smell is gone and the car looks nice and new and I am now very comfortable to take my kids out.Thanks S&S team for the help

Got in a car accident and brought my car to them to repair. They repaired it quickly and made sure that I got all the specific parts that I wanted. Took my 2008 Cadillac in for their top of the line detail service and it is show room quality work!They decontaminated the paint, buffed and polished everything finishing off with a coat of wax. The car shines like diamond and sheds water like nothing I’ve seen before.The interior detail was just as superb. I try to keep my car clean and thought I did a decent job of it. You don’t realize how dirty your interior is until a professional gets ahold of it. They even treated my leather seats. Sliding in or out of the car with treated leather is like sliding on ice.If you need your vehicle cleaned up, this is the place. Oh, and did I mention the engine bay cleaning? Wowzers, I could eat off the engine!I WILL be back. Great service, great work, get there. You won’t regret it.

If you are a rare car owner, beware!!! Will string you along for two months guaranteeing you the whole time they will take care of you, don’t worry about how hard it is to find a part, how that’s their job they got you, and have no worries. Any time you call to check on how the ordering is going they will give you a sob story of how busy they are and how are they’ve been working on it. While in the same story Justin will say sorry he forgot to check on it and needs to call so and so for an update and that it’s been “a hell of a day/week”. The more understanding you are of their busy schedule, the less they care about taking care of you. Two months went by, after two failed attempts of getting the bumper shipped they insisted we put half of our deductible up front. Never have I ever paid for work before the job is done. How can I guarantee the part will not arrive broken? That the paint job will match? It’s been so hard to get why on earth would I put half the money down? Sebastian (the owner of S&S) couldn’t even stop eating as food is flying out of his mouth (thanks for abiding by COVID mandates of wearing a mask) to have a conversation. Instead, wants to guilt you into him not feeling comfortable for putting his money out there for shipping. Interesting for an auto body shop on how unwilling they are to have a bumper shipped, something that should not be uncommon for, again, an auto body shop. Two months to be told they aren’t comfortable ordering a part even though they are backed by State Farm. What a joke. Beautiful weather is here and garage queen car can’t even be driven, when this was first part to them in March.Again, they like to guilt you as the consumer for the difficulties that come with being in the auto body shop business. As you can see with the response. Within the same day we have gone to another shop in town and they have found us an OEM bumper locally. Better shops in town.Last Edit: Not my car, my boyfriend of 13 years who you “politely” asked to leave his rare muscle car worth at least $25-30k as collateral (with a smirk) for $250 non-refundable deposit, when his agent stated shipping is covered by insurance. No other shop in town even understands why you’re asking for that non-refundable deposit. With all the five star exceptional business you’re doing, again so busy you can’t get back to my boyfriend within a two days notice he had to call you every time, you’d think $250 wouldn’t be an issue. He called you five times and only received one phone call from you after nearly 60 days. Thank you for showing us exactly why we would never take such a rare, well kept vehicle to your business.

Justin at S&S was really great. He took time to help me with options for taking care of curb rash on one of my wheels, depending on whether or not I decided to replace or repair. He was very friendly and made me feel at ease. He also was able to schedule an appointment for interior detail on my car the same week. I told him that I didnt have a ride and he assured me that it was no problem for them to give me a ride home when I dropped my car off. Sebastian, the owner of S&S, gave me a ride home and picked me up. He made me feel just as at ease as Justin. Hes a very friendly man and was great to talk to. As for the detailing, the interior was definitely clean. It was shampooed and vacuumed. The seats and upholstery were all clean as well. I rated lower because the attention to detail could have been better as there were cleaning products that werent rubbed in completely and the polish on the interior was uneven (glossy in some areas, less glossy in others). My major hangup was the finish on my leather seats. They were left looking very dull and frankly, they were better before the detail. Overall, my experience was good and the price was great.Update: I spoke to Justin and he explained that they used a leather conditioner on the seats. The look that remained was a matte one. I was expecting more of a gloss. They offered to redo the interior and do an exterior detail free of charge.

They did a wonderful, detailed job fixing our hit&run dent. Now, the dent is gone. They fixed and repainted the damaged area to nearly perfection.They also gave us a loaner car which saved us money on rental expenses. Highly recommended.

S&S is amazing! I had a small dent from a door ding and they were so great throughout the whole process. The online estimate request tool was easy to use, I received my estimate via email very quickly. I was hoping that paintless dent repair was an option rather than having to have my whole door repainted, but I had to come in to determine if the dent was a candidate. Thankfully, it was! This reduced the cost of the repair significantly. As we started to work out scheduling, they ended up squeezing me in right then before the end of the day. I enjoyed talking to Sebastian in the office while I waited and everyone I interacted with was very pleasant. The repair cost was incredibly fair and you definitely cant tell the door was ever damaged. Amazing work! Will definitely return to S&S for any future auto body needs (fingers crossed, no more door dings!)

Had a full detail done on my mom van. It was DIRTY when I dropped it off to S&S. Now it looks almost new at 9 years old! Left off one star because the wheels could have been cleaner, but overall, they did a fantastic job.
