My IU student got herself into a fender bender and we werent sure if her car was safe to make the 4 hour drive home. She took her car to Landmark and not only did they provide an honest assessment that we could wait to get the car fixed at home, they secured the bumper to ensure she wouldnt have any issues. When she asked how much it would cost, the owner told her not to worry about it and that he would want somebody to take care of his daughter the same way if she were out of town. As a parent, that speaks volumes about the type of business they run. While I hope we dont have car issues in the future, if we do, well be utilizing Landmark!

The folks at Landmark were nothing but great. Nice facilities, helpful crew. When I dropped off my car and called Enterprise for a pickup, they told me they couldnt get me for another three hours. The owner of Landmark didnt want me to have to pay for a cab, so he went out of his way to drive me over there.Having to get your car fixed always sucks, but they helped it go smoothly.

Ive been getting my familys vehicles body work done at Landmark for at least 20 years, always with excellent results. Most recently they fixed-up my 2012 Prius after an accident, and the car looks better now than before the mishap. I LOVE THIS PLACE! I just picked up my Rav 4, after repairs from a hit and run rear-ending. They did a beautiful job! When I picked up my car, it looked amazing, inside and out. I was highly impressed. They went above and beyond! I will definitely go back, if the need arises. Great job guys!

What a disorganized, mismanaged mess of a place. First, they said they would give us a call when they could get the truck in, but they took down the wrong number, so they obviously didnt get a hold of us and we had to wait to get another appointment.Then, they had us drop off the truck on a Wednesday. They said they would have the job done by Friday at the latest. We called Friday and they hadnt even started. We called Monday and they had just started, but it wouldnt be ready til Tuesday. They did the paint job, then shortly after ON THE SAME DAY, washed the vehicle. You are supposed to wait at least 15 days after a new paint job to wash a vehicle. So we were without the truck for 6 days for a job that shouldve taken a day.I will definitely never give them any more business and will try my best to save everyone I know from them.
