Refused to give estimates because they thought I would not bring the vehicle to them. Told me they didnt want to my business and not to bother coming back. Very unprofessional and very poor customer service. I would not recommend to anyone and take your vehicle somewhere else where they value you as a customer.

Not only did they get me in right away, but they took the time to sit me down, let me know what the process was going to be like. From the Insurance and how to file it - to fixing the car - to the car rental. I got my car back today (2 days early) and can not believe how great it looks. It was super easy that I went through Hertz for my car rental. I was able to just leave my rental car at their facility and take mine home with me. They took care of EVERYTHING. My car was cleaner than the way I left it with them. They detailed the inside AND outside of my car. It looks amazing. I mean they even shined my tires. WOW. I cannot even tell anything happened to it. I can tell they took their time as well as know their stuff!! I felt important and valued to say the least!! I HIGHLY recommend Bob Zook Auto Body if you have any work to be done!Side Note: Their facility is BEAUTIFUL. Everything is new and like a high end shop. Everything was very clean. Impressed! Going to body shops in my experience has tended to be something I look forward to like going to the dentist. I recently had to have a repair completed on my VW, and chose Bob Zook. I cannot speak highly enough about their level of care and professionalism. Bryan presented options, walked me through the entire process in a way that made me feel like questions were welcome. Ive heard that VW owners have a reputation for being...challenging, I got none of this from the Bob Zook team. When picking up the car I was thoroughly impressed by the repair, the over detailing the team completed, could not be happier in any respect. I plan to take my car to them for an annual detailing from here on out. Great experience!

After calling dealerships in town as well as surrounding towns and being told they couldn’t get us in for a couple of weeks, we called Zook’s. We needed to have our car looked at due to a water issue and we were in a time crunch. Derek and the Zoom Team worked tirelessly for 3 days to find the issue with our car and have it back to us before we left on our trip. Brian kept us updated as they worked towards finding the issue and spoke to us about everything they did when we came to pick up the car. We can’t say thank you enough to everyone at Bob Zook Auto Body! We will definitely be returning for all of our future vehicle needs! Thank you!

Called Zooks last week to get a quote on some mechanical work for my Jeep. Spoke with Jake. He was familiar with the process of how to repair my differential bushings. Jake was able to explain the best case scenario and the worst case scenario before I even dropped off the Jeep. He said if things started to go towards the worst case he would call and review before continuing. Jake gave his labor rates and estimate of what it would cost if I purchased my own parts. He called early today and said it was good to go and all went smooth and it ended up being best of the best case scenario. For those that like to know exactly what youre getting into, the steps involved, and the best and worst case scenario and cost before taking a car in for repairs I would highly recommend giving Zooks a call. I cant speak for the work- I hear its top notch. The first impression specialist needs some retraining. I just wanted to talk to someone about a dent repair, not fill out paperwork (which I stupidly did) and then listen to phone calls about an insurance company issue. At LEAST tell me someone will be with me shortly BEFORE initiating an outbound call. Better yet, do that right after finishing up with the previous customer and before taking a call. Im certain no-one knows a customer walked out the door. You can guess my impression.Hope this helps the company live up to the image it puts forth.

My car was taken here after being totaled in an accident, and they were PHENOMENAL to work with! Everyone I encountered went above and beyond to be helpful, and they made sure I knew my rights to the car while our insurance reviewed the damage. Great people, great place!

My Dodge Dart got hit in a parking lot and needed a replacement bumper. Everyone at Bob Zook was extremely friendly and Bryan took the time to explain to me the process of getting my car fixed. The price was fair and I got my car back with it looking better than it did before it was hit. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a quality body shop that cares about doing things right.
