Took my motorcycle to get serviced here and John took care of me right away. He helped me find what I needed and also stay within my budget. Cameron is one of the best motorcycle mechanics out there. I trust them with my motorcycle especially since Im planning a road trip in September. Will definitely come back.

I really appreciated everything World of Powersports did for us. We had a really complicated bike and they kept the price very reasonable for us even though there was a lot of labor put into it. Throughout the whole process we would have liked more updates from them, but overall 5 star service.

I was traveling from Duluth Mn., to Birmingham Al on my F6B, when I blew my rear tire. Jason stopped to see if I was OK, told him about my tire. He got on the phone, made sure store at tire. Alex, was sent with truck and trailer to pick me up. While unloading bike, because of flat tire, tore up the coolant tank. Im thinking o boy what next? The service manager (sorry forgot your name) looked at situation, said well get you out of here, and on your way home. He recommended a great restaurant Shannons to help with the wait. Got back to the shop, tire was fixed, trying to figure coolant tank problem. Their solution was take tank out of Wing on show room floor. Total wait time was 2 1/2 hours, back on the road. All personal at store were very friendly, courteous. Thank you for your help. Ive been spreading the story with friends since I got home. Date of incident was 8/19/15

I have been a customer of the Bloomington store for over 5 years. Most of my business has been with the parts and service dept. I recently purchased a 2016 ZX14 and received outstanding service throughout the whole process.I would not listen to a one star review where a guy from out of state buys a new bike and complains that it has 13 miles on it and then wants to stop the credit card payment. Who does that? You bought the bike!I am in the sales and service industry and understand how hard it is to please everyone. The guys here will go out of their way to help you. I highly recommend!

Relaxed, friendly, and professional. Personnel take as much time as you need to answer questions and offer suggestions, with no pressure. A lot of bikes (new and used), trikes, safety equipment, and accessories. to browse. Full-time maintenance shop.

*** YOU BE THE JUDGE ***In summary: I was an out of state customer that was told the motorcycle (2014 Honda Valkyrie) was new with zero miles and no scratches, marks or other damages. I was also supplied with paperwork that backed those claims. I bought an airline ticket, reserved a hotel and made other travel expenses to go and pick up the motorcycle. When I arrived at the Bloomington store, I was disappointed to find out the following issues with the motorcycle:1. Motorcycle had 13 miles on it2. Motorcycle had multiple scratches and marks3. Motorcycle was not clean4. Paperwork was not readyTo their credit, the motorcycle was shipped to the Bloomington store and they picked me up from my hotel. However, this kind gesture does NOT negate all the other issues.When I complained about all these issues they asked me to talk to the owner Rick. I explained to him what happened and his response was: You are getting a great deal. The motorcycle was only used for some supervised test drives.My response was: You advertised and communicated to me that the motorcycle was NEW with ZERO miles and NO scratches. You can NOT advertise and communicate to people that the bike is NEW with ZERO miles and then turn around and say that it was used for some test rides and it had some scratches.At this point, I had no choice to back out from this sale because I already incurred expenses to get there and I also had to get another airplane ticket to fly back. So, I had to sign the paperwork and drive back home.I waited for almost a month and I called Honda to file a complaint about this dealer. I also called my credit card company to dispute my down payment for the motorcycle purchase. I decided to dispute only $1,000.When the dealer found out that I disputed the down payment, they called me immediately. I decided to email them back and explain in detail why I decided to dispute $1,000. After multiple emails back and forth, I knew nothing would happen because their opinion was still the same: You got a great deal!I called Honda again to give them an update and they told me that the dealer will NOT be sending the paperwork for the extended warranty that I purchased ($500). So, I was getting punished for seeking justice. I complained to Honda about my whole experience but their response was: Everything will be documented but we can not do anything else. I recently received a Yamaha Zuma 2003 moped from a family member. Last year the service staff helped me get the moped running and stabilized the motor since the engine kept spinning the tire on the stand. The staff was friendly and willing to offer tips. In addition Ive called since then and asked about service and parts. The staff offered suggestions on personal and preventative maintenance that would prevent me from spending money if possible.I would recommend this store to any other moped owners.I havent dealt with the other products with this store but Im sure they handle the other products great as well.

The business is closed and the storefront is empty. Signs on the door state that this business is permanently closed and that they are sorry for any inconvenience.When they were open they provide a good service.

Please dont listen to the one time shoppers that give World of Powersports a bad review! I frequent there enough that the parts and service department know me by name. Theyve always been great and done great work. If you need parts or accessories for your riding needs, theyll have it or try their hardest to get it ordered for you. The service shop is great but because theyre the only local sport bike shop in bloom, youll definitely need to call ahead and make an appointment...Sportland Kawasaki ROCKS... thanks for everything you guys do to keep us on the road.

Sales department was great, smooth as silk experience, we went in a handful of times looking at bikes, taking test rides, and never felt rushed or pressured. They even stayed late the day we bought our bikes to accommodate my work schedule. The service department on the other hand were very inconsistent, hit and miss for sure. Weve been there or called them 10 or so times since the purchase of 2 bikes and we only got good customer service a couple times. The last couple of times they were very rude, acted like they didnt have time for us, like we were an inconvenience. Unless you go in knowing exactly what you want, its not worth going. They dont like to answer questions. Yes I could do the research myself, but Id rather just walk into a bike shop and get the good old fashioned customer service that our parents used to get. The experience is not even close to what its like walking into AutoZone or OReillys with a car question. I give it 2 stars because the 5 star sales department is just the suface of the company, the service department should see themselves and act as the heart and soul of the company, but they dont. I cant speak for their quality of work as service techs though because we havent had to take our bikes in yet.

Its like pulling teeth to get any information from these people. I made an online offer on a bike and asked about terms. They respond once a day and with a single line. My guess is they want people in the store for a pressure sales. Its sad because I bought my first bike here years ago and wanted to buy another, but based on a email support Ill look someplace else. When I asked for amounts they said the best they can do is guess, but thats far from the truth. I provided my current credit score so they could have ran numbers and responded based on the score you provided your payments after taxes, tag and title would be X amount). Not a tricky thing to do it you wanted to sell a bike.

I had some unpleasant encounters with the service department. They refused to work on my Chinese scooter, they were rude and condescending on the phone. I had a simple service request, my tire needed a new valve stem put on it (pretty simple easy thing to do). My next phone call was to Armondos Tires, and those guys snapped me up in a second, didnt charge anything...very friendly. I would hesitate to do business with Sportland in the future.

Good place to search for motorcycles parts if you have a Japanese motorcycle, not a Harley and their crew is very friendly. i like them because they spend time with me and try to meet my needs.

I wasted an hour waiting to test ride a used bike, they never even got it running. Also, the guys on the floor are worthless as well; every time Ive ever gone, there are three of them helping one customer and wont help the other five customers in the store.
