Went to this location in Bloomingdale to add a line to our wireless plan and upgrade my old phone, Nathaniel Rivera was the rep that assisted us, he was absolutely amazing! He was so polite, very knowledgeable, and helped us get all set up with new phones. He invited us back for any questions we may have or if we needed any help in setting up our phones. He made the experience so great I would absolutely visit this location again and I highly recommend this store. Excellent job Nathaniel, you have great customer service skills, and should be recognized for this, keep up the good work! πŸ˜‰

My husband and I went into this location to upgrade his Galaxy S10 to a Galaxy S21. First, the rep tried to get us to leave by telling us there would be an extremely long wait time. After a different rep addressed our concerns and let us know that he would stay to help, the first rep decided to help us. This rep completely lied to us about a fake $700 trade in promotion if we paid off our phone and purchased an accessory. He then said the phone we were purchasing was β€œfaulty” and could not be sold. I called customer service this morning and they advised that there was no such trade in promotion. We obviously would not have paid off the phone and used Next Up to upgrade if this rep would not have lied to us. I would highly recommend a different location with more knowledgeable employees.

First and foremost I do not do Google reviews but this store deserves one.After having the most terrible experience in a previous store, we are happy we found this location. Walked in Saturday and were greeted by the store manager. She set us up with a representative right away and even got my elder mother a mask because her mask ripped. The fact that this store even had masks to give to customers is a plus in my eyes. Joe is the guy that helped us and his energy and overall knowledge of products was very helpful. We walked in for just one phone but walked out with 3 because we decided to port two of our lines over. The whole energy in this store was very uplifting. The manager was walking from customer to customer and making sure everyone was being helped. At one point she even helped an elder woman to her car. It’s good to know that there is still humanity left in this world. Joe and senjaya, we tried the smoothies and it was delicious. We will be back to port the rest of our numbers next month.Gina

We went to the AT&T store to change plans for existing phones, and the rep lied to us about the programs, the costs, and eligibility. It has been days and many hours trying to fix the mess they created. Service couldnt have been much worse! Another customer in the store was apparently trying to fix similar problems caused by associates lying to him as well.

I upgraded my iPhone 8 to a 12 and due to my age (ha) plus my lack of love for technology, I needed help in transferring all the data. I stopped in the Bloomingdale AT&T and was greeted by a friendly sales rep, Joseph M. Joe was not only very informative, helpful, and willing to aide my senior moments with clarifying directions, but he was such a pleasant person to talk with. Terrible. I did not have a choice for the one star or else Three days three trips and a 3-5 minute job. But waited for over 35 mins and walked out twice. Waited 50 minute third trip and then got attended to. The guys were waiting on their customers and while the uploads or activities were being done they were attending phone calls and using their personal phones. But no one had the time to attend us. At the end instead of attending us, he went to help a customer that was already being helped. We had to speak ip to be noticed and taken care immediately after that.

Senaj is the best retail person that I have ever had tbe pleasure of dealing with. She walked me through the my phone plan and saw that I qualified for a better plan and switched it over for me. I was very hesitant because it seems like when ever I make change to my plan the billing is wrong for a few months. She said if I had any problems when my bill came to come back I and she would help me. I did come back in because the bill I had was wrong but it was for service prior to her changing my plans. I thought great how can I fix this now and she sat right next to me until the customer service department had corrected the issue . This tool being transferred several times and over an hour but she gave me her undivided attention. She is very helpful, professional and very knowledgeable about the promotions and products that they sell. I am very thankful that she was the person I got that day.

Wow. What an experience. The manager Senjay (I’m positive in spelling your name wrong and I apologize) greeted us as she was multi-tasking helping 4 other clients. One of them was quite impatient and needy and she handled it like a complete professional and made everyone feel welcome and important.This woman seriously deserves acknowledgement and a raise. My son and I were activating new phones after leaving Verizon for many years and what an exceptional experience. Everything was smooth and seamless. Never had such a pleasant visit at a phone store. I really dislike going to an AT&T store. Or I should say I did until I was stuck in Elk Grove Village Illinois. I was out shopping and needed a new phone so I pulled into the store in Bloomingdale Illinois. I am a truck driver so my phone and my time is very important to me. I walked in the door and was immediately greeted by Liz. One of the absolute best sales reps I have ever dealt with. The best AT&T store experience Ive ever had. The rest of the team there was also great and they all worked cohesively like a happy family. Absolutely great environment. But my personal experience was with Liz and after taking her time to make sure I had all the best and most cost-effective options in place, I understand why she was asked to move there. Thank you so much Liz. You are awesome at your job.

Went in there close to closing time on Christmas Eve and gotta admit, wasnt expecting to get the greatest service. Senaj totally surprised me by taking her time and setting me up with a new account. I am now in a better mobile data situation for less than I was with my previous servicer. We had to wear masks (Covid), but you could still see a smile in the eyes. I walked in to the At&t store in Bloomingdale looking to see if I could possibly switch over to At&t since they are always sending me offers in the mail. As soon as I walked in the store the lady who seemed to be the only one working there at the time looked at me but did not greet me so instead I said hello to her but no response back (she definitely heard me). There was only one customer there so I decided I would wait around. However the way this lady was talking to the customer with an attitude I immediately decided that I did not want to deal with this ladys attitude. In addition she never even I acknowledged me the whole time I was there so that really should had been my first sign that this was a mistake. She left such a bad impression on me that not only did I felt I needed to write this review but now I wont even consider switching over to At&t because of her. I hope this is not the way she always treats customers.

Just be prepared if you are going there for new line or switching to at&t. Reps will lie to you about not having activtion fees and $400 credit. You will end up gettin all tose charges on your bill and never find them again. I was nice enough to give the reps my business driving 15 miles away from my house in return he never picked up my phone. I dont know if they are trained to do that. They will lie to you and ghost you once you are trying to reach out to them. I had to call corporate to get it resolved. I hope area manager ely read this review and atleast coach his team about honest to their customers. After I shared my fraustation with store manaer Elizabeth Lopez, she didnt do anything about my concerns. I tried reaching out to her via email, after not getting response I tried callin her again, but since they knew my number through caller ID the were transferring my call to the central customer service number without even telling me that I was being transferred. Also they will add insurance on lines even if you tell them you dont want that beacause they care about making money not you. Good luck if you visit bloomingdale at&t.

Please allow me to acknowledge the staff at your AT&T office in East Army Trail in Bloomingdale IL . Austin and Isaac readily greet us with a smile when we came in. We did not have any business to give them since we already sign up via phone but they so patiently assisted us. They helped me sign up for auto pay and install my newly purchased Iphone7. They even answer all our question on how to use the phone. Austn & Isaac very knowledgeable and informative. Their Boss Marquis is also very kind and helpful. I was in this store for 2 hours transferring to AT&T. However, that wasnt the stores fault; what I needed done was unusual and took a while. The clerk, Bill, was impressively helpful, managing to simultaneously help four different customers with four different issues without delaying anymore than necessary. Frankly, he deserves a raise. While things didnt go as planned when I arrived, I was nonetheless immensely pleased with the service I received.

This is the worst wireless provider. I bought a samsung phone,which is still under warranty. The screen is literally falling out of its socket. Otherwise the phone is perfectly new. They said the only thing I can do is send it to them(2weeks) without a phone or pay 100.00 dollars for the deductible for insurance claim. What a scam.

Your store sucks. Your employees suck. Regardless of if the phone was bought through you or not, we pay for cell service through you. Asking for a sim card for a new phone is something your dumbest employee should be able to handle. Go grab one off the stack and hand it over as service is paid for. I can handle calling and activating it. If your ability to provide customer service disappears the second you know theres not a commission involved, go get a different job. Save yourself some time and frustration by going straight to the corporate store!

I went in on Tuesday and spoke with Marquis - he was knowledgeable and friendly and very easy to speak with. I need 3 already bought iPads to be registered to my account. Marquis tried multiple steps to make this happen but to no avail. He then called over to the AT&T in Stratford to see if they could assist me since his system was having issues. He took the extra step to help get me properly taken care of even though he had a full line of customers and was the only person in the store, all while still kindly greeting customers and helping. I went to stratford and they had the same issues, but Alex and Liz also tried very hard to solve me issue even called into customer support, charged my phone while we waited and let me use the WiFi connection to have better service since i still needed work calls. Still it was not able to be completed. I went back to AT&T on army trail on Thursday and saw Marquis again. Still received the great customer service I expected and this time he resolved my issue and even helped me charge the 3 iPads. So while things are always same day I have to say I am VERY PLEASED with the way all the employees handled everything. Thank you all.

Stopped in for questions on my phone. 3 employees working, 2 each with a guest and the 1 that greeted me asked what I was in for and when I said I had questions on my plan, he said he had to go in the back for conference call. I then sat waiting for 1 of the other 2 employees to free up. Respecting the other guests time, I sat for 15 min before asking one of the other 2 gentleman how soon they thought it would be and they seemed to confused as to why the other guy wasnt helping. When I told them he had a conference call they said, oh yeah, conference call and let me know it would be about 20 mins more. This place has horrible reviews, I figured I would let the next reader know- they are valid. Maybe Ill try a different location or switch from AT&T all together.

What we were told we were getting and what we got are two different things. The alarm system didnt get installed because they blatantly lied to us that the $59 deal would work for our house, after a visit to the store to ask outright if it would fit a 2800 sq ft home with over 40 windows, NO! The installer told us what we were promised would cost an additional $1200. Im still weeding through my first combined cell bill to see what else they charged us for that we didnt request. This Authorized Reseller store needs to be closed by AT&T.
