They always have what I need. They are organized and friendly. I always go for the hand sanitizers. They also have a new Marble for gentlemen which was good for my husband since he hates all the fruits smells. The new White Pumpkin scent is also epic!!

I Usually Shop online but lately I have been having trouble with them shipping it,I mean I pay extra for the shipping So they should get it right.Anyways first time to this store and it was clean and bright and best of all there semi annual sale, great deals and they have it all in places you can see the most to least discount.So definitely go check then out!😊I also saved over $120.00 today super happy😊

Not clear on rewards or birthday gifts, even when asking employees I received a different explanation from 2 people. Then again at the register. Ill wait for sales and order online, sadly. But I spend enough at this place regularly to get hassled.

Kind and friendly assistants, but not the smartest for sales. The assistant was restocking a shelf that I wanted to look at those items. The other assistant saw this and made no arrangements for me to get to the shelf. They just let me wander away.

This Bath and Body Works near Walmart has a very disrespectful staff. This lady named Elvy yelled at our group twice. I understand the first time. She was telling us to use the testing products, and we from then on used the testers. She then went on to yell at our other friend who was not there when she had told us. She used it without knowing to use only the testers. She had threatened to kick us out after a simple mistake. We did in fact listen to her, but she screamed at a misinformed minor. Overall bad service :)

I was so happy to find the classic scents here during their semi annual sale!! My beloved sun kissed raspberry. But during my visit I was not greeted nor helped. When I finally went to check out, the cashier didnt acknowledge me what so ever. She just began ringing up my items. I actually asked her how she was and she responded, but she was just so miserable to say the least. Customer service is what drives consumers to return and tell others to shop there.

The Bath & Body Works in Bloomingdale has a very disrespectful staff. They were busy chatting and not helpful. My friends and I went to smell different scents to see what we like. An employee named Elvy had a lack of customer service skills and she has anger issues. I smelled a hand sanitizer and she continued to yell at us for no apparent reason. My friends could not find a sample perfume and smelled a regular bottle. She had threatened to kick us out and proceeded to claim we are not being fair to other customers though we did not do such.In conclusion, my time at Bath & Body Works in Bloomingdale was very disappointing. Elvy was a rude, stingy employee and should be discharged for her actions.

I was with some friends at this local Bath & Body Works, and had a unwelcoming time due to a workers disrespectful attitude. Firstly, Elvy yelled at my sister & I when we sprayed perfume onto a piece of paper. She states to use that we should use the try me bottle because people could possibly buy the bottle and we looked for one, but we couldnt find one, so we just moved on and kept looking. She continiously kept keeping an eye on us, and she yelled at one of my friends when she tried to smell a hand sanitizer. After the second time, she threatens us, and makes us feel like we did something wrong. We were just teens trying to smell scents at the store. The overall experience was just bad, and I will most likely not come again until some of their workers have better attitudes within their store. Some workers there need to know how they should respect their customers.

Who doesnt love this place, even with the high prices if you wait for right sale you can get pretty much everything at a reasonable price. The popular items run out quick so get there early.

Never going here again. I order some candles online no more than 2 weeks had passed when I decided to return them due to some of the smells giving me a head ache. Well aparrantly returning isnt allowed in this shop because the lady at the counter refused to do the return. She stated the reciept was too hard to read and refused to return the items! The reciept was not in bad condition so I was in shock at how she made up excuses not to return the candles. I had to drive to another location where there they were so nice enough to return the candles. It is safe to say that this will no longer be a shop I go to.

This seems to be a smaller store compared to the Lombard and Wheaton locations. The staff was very nice and helpful, but they didnt sell the particular product line I was looking for.
