Overpriced like most other Best Buys and curbside pickup takes forever and can be a bit confusing if youve never done it, I recieved incorrect instructions on how to actually pick up my order. If you go in knowing what you want in store or doing in store pickup its not so bad, except you can find a better deal anywhere else. Staff is helpful, which is a plus, and there is a pretty large variety of items for all your electronic needs. Products are generally high quality as well, but as I said you will find a better deal almost anywhere else. This location has been useful for items I cant get anywhere else and may need to get urgently, like new plug and play hardware for PCs (mouse, keyboard, monitors, etc.)

Personnel lacking in seriousness in their work. 4 days have passed since the day they said the product I bought would arrive and the third time I come to the store to pick it up and then they told me no exact delivery date because they dont have that merchandise. Time is valuable and if I HAD KNOWN THAT THEY WOULDNT HAVE IT SOON, I WOULD NOT HAVE PAID FOR IT ... It is something that my son needed to take him to his school. HOW LACK OF SERIOUSNESS THIS STORE

Order online - the store is out of stock on a lot of items. The store is also in disarray - I was looking for an item and they were spread out in 4 or 5 different locations, and I’m not sure there was a reason. The staff was nice and helpful, and the prices were inline with other stores.

Went by to get a portable ac unit, mine went out a few days ago, and the gentleman that helped me was so nice, helped me get it into my car and advised me to stand it up right for a little while before turning it on. I heeded his advice, its working perfectly and I couldnt be happier... Well except if my landlady would fix the ac that went out lol

Heads up Best Buy customers. I was caught off guard and wanted to share. When you buy a television and they tell you to bring in the old one for recycling, they neglect to tell you there is a $30 charge to recycle.The sales person never mentioned the charge and when I brought in my television for recycling, they then mentioned the fee.

My first choice for all appliances. I call my contact in the Bloomingdale (suburban Chicago) store for the best advice and best price on all appliances. ( I have net first class sales people in the St Pete area who can help you. I just happen to be loyal to my friends in Chicago)I remodeled kitchens fir 20+ years. My clients call me when they need anything fixed. I call Best Buy when they need an appliance and am confident I am giving them the best item for the best price. I do not make a cent in commission for appliances. But I need a source that I can trust who will give my customers the best service.

Very disappointed in Eric and the Geek Squad’s service. I haven’t had great experiences at Best Buy and I thought I would try them out again. I drove over an hour to get a simple screen replacement. I booked the time slot on Apple’s website,” and promising same day repair. I went to this location specially for same day repair and was told that my time slot wasn’t same day. I received an explanation that wasn’t very helpful or proactive. Why let me book the slot that says same day and not be same day? Again, very disappointed and I’ll be going to the Apple Store next time.

Been there couple of times overall stores employees are very helpfull. Clean well stocked store.. Lost a star because I bought a toaster online, for same day pickup. Then it was changed to item being shipped within a couple of days. Went in on the day it was supposed to arrive, closer to closing time and it wasnt there. They told me sometimes the system lies not sure whos lying to who Canceled the order on the spot. I also bought a case for a note20 ultra 5g. Got instead a case for a note10. Accuracy is at a low. Most business are running perfectly fine, but you got to stop using covid as an excuse to your inaccuracies and at some point and be responsible for what is presented to the customer.

Top notch service related to the Pacific employees who will soon be BestBuy employees. We came here to purchase a refrigerator and we were surprised by the amount of information that the Pacific employee knew. He had answers to all of our questions as it relates to refrigerators. Overall, the employee spent about half hour to 40 mins with us going through our likes and dislikes about the shortlisted refrigerators we saw. We ended up buying a counter depth LG refrigerator and opening a credit card. Very good service. I would definitely recommend BestBuy for anyone who has appliance needs.

Tyler Betancourt was great. My complaint is because I ordered a refrigerator was told it would be delivered April 2,2021 between 7am and 11 am. I received a phone call at 7 pm verifying this information. Had to call off work emptied my fridge as Im calling the store I get an email saying delivery would be postponed this came at 11:34 am. At the very least I should have been offered a discount or credit.

Very poor customer service. Went in looking for a gaming monitor, the only work associate that said a thing to me was the one at the front door. Had to look up on Google each of the monitors for reviews and see if it was what would fit my needs. All the while 2-3 associates just leaning on the display talking bout who knows what. Tried asking, tried waving. Nothing. Found the monitor I was looking for stored on top, was really wanting to grab their steps to get it myself.

All best buys are the same. Yes greeting at the door is great, but if its your first time youre lost. Workers will walk right pass you. Never offer any help. Sometimes you have to look for someone to help and then when you do they act like they dont want to help. Also when you find someone one to they tell you where it is but you still need help with the items.vwill never return 🙄🙄😓

I went to this location today for an appointment I had with the GeekSquad. A man named Chris was staffed at the GeekSquad desk today. He had a LOT of customers coming his way, and many of them were rude. One lady in particular was very rude (she cut in line and even walked behind the desk to grab her computer back). Chris stayed calm, professional and friendly despite all the commotion and rude customers! He was super helpful and very kind.

I have purchased a variety of items either at the store directly or on Best buy.com, which I then picked up at the store. One reason that I prefer to buy products at best buy is knowing that Im purchasing an authentic item and not a counterfeit or returned unit of Amazon.

I recently purchased a remote car starter from Best Buy. I got a great deal on it, and I am really enjoying it now that the weather is getting colder. I only gave this place four stars because I wasnt looking for any above and beyond service. I just came in to purchase a new computer (that I researched on their webiste) and leave. 15 minutes max. The employees I spoke with were very courteous and answered every question I had about the new laptop I wanted. I got my new computer and I was out. It was a good shopping experience.

Lots of friendly smiling staff to say hello when I walked in but when I asked for help about specifics movies the staff member said “ uhhh I don’t know just look around” I HAD been looking for some 15 minutes ... which by the way during that time nobody approached me to ask if I needed help. So I press the young man who told me to look around to see if he can look on his computer to see if they had any classic movies in stock like The 3 Stooges or John Wayne. He fiddled with his phone for like 3 seconds and says... “ Uh no we don’t ... “ and then walks away. 😢 After More browsing I did find a John Wayne dvd which I bought.Cashier was friendly...

The new laptop we purchased for college has been sent out for repair 2 times now and again for a third time with the same unfixed issue. So not to me toon thos is unacceptable but our warrany and our membership says fixed or teplaced....when?? How many weeks and how many times must you LIE TO US yelling us the new computer we purchased is fixed when in fact should not be broken in the first place. This is our 3rd brand new broken computer we purchased based from thos store and they have replaced one already. Both of which were pur jased within the 18 month green financing aldo.So they have the benefit of my monthly payments without the benefits of the product??

Got the SSD expanded for my laptop. The sales were great and the Geek Squad was excellent. The only complaint was it took me two trips instead of one: one trip was to buy the drive, another trip four days later was just to drop off the drive at the same store for the installation. Since it took them 7 days for the installation, it was more reasonable for the Geek Squad to take my order at the time when I purchased the SSD and asked me to come to pickup eleven days later. In that case, it will save me a trip. Agree? I think Best Buy should be able to quicken the process.

If I could give zero stars I would. Waited for over an hour at curbside pick-up without anyone coming over to assist me. The only reason I actually was assisted was because I walked up to the front door to talk to someone. Until that point I was basically being ignored cause they couldnt find my product. Other cars came and went. Absolutely rude service. Whoever is heading the curbside pick-up crew should be fired. On top of that, I called the store while waiting only to be put on hold indefinitely. Unbelievably inefficient and disastrous customer service.
