Horrible lazy service. The female representative told me that they do not ship internationally and it’s a lie. She didn’t want to help me create a label. She asked me if I have label ready and I said no ( I don’t have printer) then she said “we don’t deliver there”, after I showed he address to Germany. When I asked her how is that possible when few days ago I had my package priced by a different UPS I just didn’t have enough money at the time, she shrugged her shoulders and turned her back to me. What a shame. I will definitely never use UPS. You can’t even reach their customer service on the phone. You better off use USPS for half of the price for the same service.

The two men are always friendly and helpful. I barely ever wait here when shipping items. I prefer this location over the drop off at staples in Bloomfield. The only problem is the parking sometimes. Other than that, I like this site.

I’ve always had a positive experience at this location. The staff is friendly, and there is rarely a line, and if there is one it moves quickly.Keep in mind that there is only street parking. This is the only reason I cannot give them 5 stars. Finding a spot in front of the store will be difficult at virtually any time of day. They also do a very nice job with amazon returns so don’t hesitate to take your packages there.

I came with a box that was already taped and sealed just needed a label they charged me 5 dollars for a box and said if I didn’t buy they box I wouldn’t be able to ship my package. Worker (josh) was very rude

Went to drop off a return and when I arrived the man at the counter kindly explained that the seller had given me a label that I couldnt use with the UPS box they packed my item in. I appreciated him taking the time to check on this and help me find the right envelope to use!

I had a pre-printed UPS label for a package that needed to be dropped off. However I need a small piece of tape to reseal my box which opened with the heat in my car. Peter said I would need to purchase an entire roll of shipping tape or he would charge me $3 for a 1inch piece of tape. When I said that I’ve never heard of such a thing and that I always see people taping things at the West Orange location he straight up told me to go there then! I was in shock; he said that each store is individually owned and operated. He even told me to take a pic of my label so he didn’t have to print a receipt for me! It is clear that Peter has no regard for the success of this UPS branch and needs to be trained on customer service. I will NEVER use this location ever again.

Horrible, who is the DM? You need to protect your stores intergrity. Very rude men. South Oranges location operates completly different. This was a first and last stop here. I rather wait or go with out instead to have my intelligence questioned by these geeks.

Stellar service! I had to package a broken vacuum cleaner for shipping. Mike followed me back to my car and carried it to the store, in 90 degree heat. Joshua boxed and wrapped up the machine so securely, I know this will be the best looking return the store will ever get. Mike even added a handle to make carrying it back to the car easier. Definitely recommend this location.

Every once in awhile i have to make a pit stop to handle admin tasks which i hate and this little cozy spot has been my first choice every time. Josh the manager provides exceptional service regardless of how little time or money or services I need. When the Details Actually Matter....this store delivers!

UPS really is horrible I witnessed with my own eyes then just put signs on the door at apartment building rather than just ringing the bell. Then it happened to me twice... I was in the house waiting for a wayfair delivery and tracking the delivery then it said first attempt made...Im like when because I never heard my door bell ring. So I go downstairs to find the notice Im upset.But then it happened again with my T-Mobile deliverySo now I disgusted because my fed ex and post office deliveries never have these problems.I hate liars especially when I pay for them to give me the run around now I have to try and get my package because Im not waiting on UPS to BS me any longer!

On top of shipping I got to pay $3/ box for tape? Go a few stores over to buy a roll of clear packaging tape in the hardware isle for $1.49 and youll have enough tape for 100 packages.

Not only do you have to pay to get a copy from the internet, they also charge you for using the computer as well as $3 to tape your box and to use the computer to print something out you have to have a debit card or some type of card to be charged.You know not all people have a card
