The store manager Charlie is one of the best managers that I have ever dealt with when I was looking for a certain product. He knows the store and products like the back of his hand I will always go to that store when he is there!!!! Good move Sally Beauty Supply for hiring him!!!

This store is out of this world fantastic!. I have been going here for so long but never had the opportunity to say anything to a manager, store clerk, or cashier. Each time I arrive someone always says welcome to Sallys. If you need anything just let us know. What? How about that is customer service... if they find that you are looking puzzled or confused even some of the customers have helped me. I am always happy when going in and happier when I come out. Verte expensive,the have doubled and tripled prices on everything. I do not plan to return to the stores.

Please check your receipts and make sure they return your money when you make returns. The manger and the sales people like to trick you and keep your money. Be very carful people.

First of all, Sally Beauty is the place to go for professional quality hair color and beauty products. The selection is good, and the staff is very helpful. The manager is amazing. She knows exactly what you need to get the results you want. I cant say enough about how great they are.

I went in as a new customer to this specific location and the manager was beyond amazing so full of joy and giggles. She even joked around with my fiancé and I before we walked out completely love this store. The workers where nice as well also filled with laughter. She also gave me non hair supply advice thank you so much ! Your joy is contagious

The store is neat, clean, relatively easy to find items, staff is helpful and pleasant. Unfortunately on this trip, they dont carry the items for which I was shopping.

If i could put zero stars i would. It is unbelievable how this young generation are just LAZY!!!!!!!!!!!! I walked in Sunday afternoon and did not get greeted all because the three employees were in the back having a blast. I will not be returning to this location due to the fact i didnt get the proper assistance and customer service that is required.

I visited this store randomly because it was in my route for that day. The sales lady whom I believe to be the store manager (not 100% sure though) was very friendly, kind and helpful. We even chatted about own individual hair routines as we both have curly hair. I have been to several Sally stores but this one stands out for a positive experience. Thank you.

I use to be a long time customer up until a few weeks ago. I entered the store and retrieved the products I usually get and was followed all around the store. Profiling. Instead of the new employee walking up to me and asking if I could use some help, she continued to pretend to be fixing things in each aisle I went into. When it was time to pay, I said Im glad they lady that was following me can see Im paying for my purchases, since she was following me. The other young cashier with glasses and blonde hair smirked, laughed and said, well shes new. What does that mean? She didnt follow the other customer around like that. I told the cashier you must be new as well because I come in here often. She replies, No Im not new. You have to be new there because there other women thats a little older are familiar with me and were always pleasant to each other. Needless to say, no apologies were offered until I called corporate and made a complaint. I never had a problem with any employee of Sallys until these young, unprofessional, lack in cultural sensitivity GIRLS began working there. Will never return!!

I visit this location and had a ball. The staff and manager was very freindly. Explain in detail the product what I was looking for and told me about the sales. Need more managers like that one.

I frequently come to this location for my basic hair product needs. Today I wanted to stop in for a particular item but called first to see if they had what I was looking for, that way I wouldn’t waste a trip. I called 12 times and no one answered. I’m not sure how you can run a business with a staff who goes out they’re way to ignore the phone.

They only received 2 stars for being in a good location and for having the hair products i needed. Service is terrible and young girls working there are rude and lazy. No one spoke to me and the employees walked past me multiple times. The two girls who were on the floor were having a private conversation and were standing directly next to me in the aisle and didnt bother to speak or ask if i needed help. The only reason why i didn’t put my items back on the shelf and walk out without buying them is because i didnt want to risk not being able to find them anywhere else but now I’ll be shopping elsewhere.

I call to make an order and she refused because I am outside she doesn’t understand that I want to make an order by phone I was calling to the store and she doesn’t have to cares where I am I will be back to pick my order she was so rude disrespectful the worse costumer service ever

I was looking for a wax warmer a couple of months ago, they didn’t know what I was talking about, they didn’t ask for more details, they just ignore me, you can tell they don’t care, they act like they are doing me a favor.

Overly priced for beauty products.... come out cheaper goin to a hair salon.

Ghetto, ignorant, unprofessional bunch of broads! So unprofessional when you call; answer the phone laughing, talking fast and you cant understand what theyre saying. On their cell phones, ignoring you intentionally if theyre in the isles & wont help you. What the hell country am I in with all the damn spanish speaking going on; isnt this America? Helloooo!!!! Does anyone here speak English? I give it 2 starts only because a young girl did help me with an item Im looking for which has been hard to find.

I actually went to this store with my little sister today and the workers seemed very disorganized yelling what needed to be done. Secondly when we went up to the register my sister used a gift card and then she had to pay cash the cashier didnt pay attention to how much my sister had owed and asked why was she giving her money...obviously its to pay for the product. And to top it off the cashier said this is why I shouldnt work 5 f***ing days in a row. Very unprofessional. I dont plan on going to this location ever again.

Unfortunately I did not have a great experience at this store. The store cashiers had me waiting in line behind one customer for what seemed like an eternity and when that customer was finally finished, the cashier proceeded to make herself busy with something else to do right after clearly seeing me standing there with items in hand to pay for. It was plain and obvious and I was so angry I left what I was going to buy and walked out never to return there again. I have been to other Sally stores before but this was one of the worst experiences I have ever encountered.

I was there in purchasing supplies with my girlfriend and there was 4 young ladies in there. I stood up at the counter for over 7 minutes, not one time did an associate ask if needed help, tell me that someone would be with me what so ever. Then when a register finally opened, I didnt even receive an apology for waiting so long. Ive been to other Sallys locations, but this by far is the worst.
