I love Aveda. What else can I say.

Staff is so smart about the products.

Very disapointed I couldnt go in the store unless I had my temperature taken. Will not be back.

The retail store is world class!I look like a lumberjack, yet the beautiful people that staff the Aveda retail store take me seriously the instant I walk in the door.I am greeted in a cheerful manner, offered a tea and politely asked how I may be assisted. At times, I am offered a small treatment and sampling of a new product. And the sincerity of the staff is very genuine; every attempt is made to fully explore your needs to select the prefect product for your concerns.I could write on and on about the effectiveness of Aveda products (wow), however this review is focusing on the customer service of the retail store. They achieve an easy 5-star review for their commitment to a word class customer experience.A word to summarize? Pampered.And that is a rare thing for a lumberjack.

Friendly greeting and personal service. Warm tea as I came indoors on a chilly day. Knowledgeable explanations regarding the products. Made the effort to get me the best deal for my money and meet my needs.

I dont appreciate being tricked into taking your survey by offering a $100 reward (Thinking it would be from your company), then come to find out its a crapy magazine offer. Its as close as you can get to a lie... All of the sudden, your company went from trusted to cheezy, sort of like the Drink More Ovaltine decoder message in the Christmas Story Movie. Not a good move Aveda. Right up there with a free 32 color TV or maybe a Shamwow offer! Put me on your marketing team, and Ill teach your team how not to take advantage of customer trust!

This is a refreshing gourmet cafeteria style restaurant. I loved it! I tried a grill your own panini sandwich w/ chips, salsa, & hummus. Fantastic! My friend got the quesidillas, said they were awesome. Out of the box place, cant wait to go back for lunch tomorrow:) There is plenty of options for Vegans and Vegetarians 5 stars!!!

This is the HQ so if you are just going to shop, there are faster in and out shops. I went for a sale so it was an awesome deal and worth the trip and walk from parking lot 😉.Nice Cafe with healthy options, seems to be open to the public. Need to check that out.

Excellent place to deliver! Delivered here a couple times already. Both times they let you deliver early, fast unload, very friendly employees who seem to enjoy coming to work. Hope to deliver here more often! :)

Love their products but they NEVER answer their phone or return calls if you leave a message. Its really frustrating. I placed an order over a week ago after calling for several days in a row and leaving two messages and they didnt send the order. I then called every day this week (since Saturday) and was unable to get anyone to pick up the phone or call me back.

The staff was very courteous and polite. I told them what I was looking for and they found it right away for me. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Ive been here several 3-4 times for the research studies. Ive never had an exceptional experience. Recently, the salon sent emails on a study I was interested in. They also make you take a survey to see if you qualify. I took the survey and it said I qualify, I was excited. It prompted me to schedule an appointment for a consultation. By the way, in the survey it specifically asked me about the color of my hair, the length, and if there was additional color in my hair. When I arrived to my appointment which was not even treated as an appointment, they dont even know your name and just tried to guess which study I was coming in for. I told the woman which study I was there for and that it was for a consultation. She quickly glanced at my hair and said my hair was too long and too dark and that I didnt qualify for the study and thanks for coming in. Then moved on to the next guest that had came in after me. I was literally there for less than 5 minutes. I understand this service is voluntarily but I shouldnt be treated any less than a paying costumer, especially if Aveda salon are seeking volunteers for studies to make their products better. My suggestion is if you guys are looking for specific requirements for specific studies, your surveys need to align with those needs. Instead of having to waste my time to come in for a consultation that basically was a glance at my hair, I could have been easily told through the survey that my hair color and length was not something you guys were looking for in the specific study. Please save your volunteers the time and effort. Also, I would suggest treating your volunteers with more interest and genuinely thanking them for their time. BTW, not my first time being told on survey I qualify then, when at consultation told my hair is not what theyre looking for, also been told AT consultation once, the study was already full. Okay? No longer wasting time here.And tea?! Ive never been offered tea, haha. Overall, seems like a nice place, seems to have great review, but the research salon needs better service.

I am severely allergic to a lot of ingredients and the staff here applied products before I bought them to ensure they didnt have an allergic reaction. So thoughtful!
