The coffee is amazing, much better than their competitors. What I really like is the service and friendliness of their staff. They are attentive and always with a smile. I’ll continue to go to this Caribou whenever I am in the area.

Basically the perfect Caribou environment. Tons of outlets, 3 separate locations of patio furniture (one of which is 100 percent shaded) and lots of indoor seating.

The staff is fast and efficient and extremely friendly.Even on busy days with alot of people ahead of you and all the on line pick up you still are only waiting a maximum of 10 minutes. The staff is so friendly and nice and make you feel very welcome and are all extremely pleased to help you in anyway they can.I get coffee atleast 5 times a week for months now and I only have had one mess up on an order they quickly fixed my order and had me on my way.The shop is extremely clean and I always see staff cleaning tables and disinfecting surfaces.

I frequent various Caribou Coffees as I work in multiple areas of the Metro and sometimes need a place to work remotely. My number one concern becomes, does this store have an appropriate amount of outlets for all of us who need to plug in our laptops, chargers, etc. This store is FANTASTIC! Theres a power strip the length of the store; seriously, not a seat in the house that doesnt have access to at least one plug-in. To top it off, the service is outstanding, and we all know Caribou has great coffee.

Paid for a large, got the amount of a medium. Just order a medium, youll save your money.

Our Bible study meets here. Its a cozy store tucked in a strip mall without a busy drive through. We love the friendly service, the cleanliness of the store, and the ample seating inside and out.

We love Caribou!!! No matter which one we go to they are always friendly and very prompt with service.

Great service and coffee but the chicken apple sausage sandwich was almost inedible. The patty was gray and rubbery like a sponge. And upon close inspection, there was nothing resembling chicken. See for your self.

Bad experience from them. They messed up my orders. I told them specifically what I ordered. They didn’t even call my name out loud for my orders. I was near to the pick up area.

This location has gone down hill since last visit. Used to be the tops in this area. They now have an automatic espresso machine instead of their original manual one. Got greedy with needing to make money but lost a lot in the quality and taste of basic espresso.

Dark haired manager has been working here for years and I’m not sure why. She’s usually rude, has complained about other customers to me before, and sometimes- like today- she said NOTHING besides my total. No “hello” no “here’s your drinks” nothing. Even though I said thank you. I guess she’s only screwing herself out of the tip I’m always ready to hand her. I rarely go here anymore because of her.

Like a lot better then Starbucks. More down to earth and dont have to fight people w/lap-tops for a place to sit. ( not that there is anything wrong with laptops) people just seem friendlier.

Baristas are very personable(at 7:30 in the morning no less) Atmosphere was pleasant, clean and comfortable.

This is my favorite Caribou. They seem to be one of the most consistent as far as making my drinks the same way every time, no matter who is making it.

Julie and the morning crew are always upbeat and cheerful no matter how early, or how long the rush hour line. I look forward to stopping in a couple of days per week to pick up coffee for my students. Thanks for the excellent service!

Absolutely amazing customer service. Every employee has given me nothing more than service that is above and beyond what I like expect. Always a smile on their faces and a cheerful attitude. It is clear that the customer is there #1 priority. 10/10 and gold stars for everyone. Oh and the drinks are superb!

Not the fastest drive thru by far, but my order is always correct and delicious!

This Caribou Coffee was a pleasant surprise compared to the predictable Starbucks. Gotta get a cooler. They crushed snickers and sprinkled them on top!

It took far too long (10+ minutes) to make a simple cold press that is poured from a jug. I believe they were understaffed.

There were flies everywhere and it was annoying. The employees seemed way bored and not helpful. It was not great.

Lots of parking here. Lots of 2 and 4 person seating at tables. The main area was clean, but the bathroom was just a little dirty. Lots of outlets available next to most seating as well.
