This is such a peaceful location, stop here every chance I get.

Lovely book store, tons of sections. I went in with my fiance who isnt much of a reader and we each walked out with a few books that piqued our interest.

Fully staffed, attentive, clean and well stocked. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I will be back again.

Not had issues with bookstore. I did ask for iced coffee from Starbucks Cafe, but they gave me iced tea with creamer. Strange taste (not gross one because I did ask for iced coffee).🤦‍♀️

Expensive, but the book selection is superb, and the additional products they carry (like games) are high quality and thoughtfully chosen. Wish the membership wasnt so hard to get youre value from, and that online vs in store prices werent so different.

Need a road atlas and they had one. Also bought a comprehensive book on all.tje National Parks.

The staff was lovely. The place had a great energy for 3 oclock in the afternoon. Would definitely recommend.

My husband and I were looking for a very specific topic and books related to it and finding it hard to find. We came to this B&N to investigate. The lady at the counter, Elizabeth was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help us investigate the books and the topic and have very useful and helpful information. We were very happy with this excellent customer service at this B&N.

Clerk kind and helpful, manager rude and put off at my question and comment of a book that isnt in and she made a rude comment about the publisher. Its a New York Times Bestsellers less than 2 weeks and they are out. That may be inconvenient but doesnt make the publisher Stupid who knew it would sell out that fast. Dont know if I will go back to that location again.

Its a curious thing that a book store would devote major floorspace to toys, a coffee shop, and games. On one hand, you can lament the fact that Barnes and Noble doesnt carry classic texts (i.e. Chaucer) and other book sections are pathetically thin, while the latest forgettable trendy teen novels are stacked in abundance. But on the other hand, its a business - and a business based upon an activity that is in steady decline, not to mention online competitors are making any brick-and-mortar obsolete. I suppose if I owned a bookstore, I might sell anything just that people buy, just to make money. And thats the moral of the story, folks. It aint about books and literature - its all about the Benjamins.

I went to go grab a cookbook and two novels as presents for my friends today the staff was really helpful and was able to find the books in minutes and walk with me to find them of course this is a chain a bookstores so it is a bit corporate but its as good as any youll find in that chain please buy print books end of story

I love this place! Acquired all the top trending books I needed for this year! Customer service was interactive and truly helpful. Everything is arranged well and spaced out . The building is lively, yet silent enough to allow you to read there. Its also a good place to find any book youre looking for, and if they dont have it, at least they recommend where you can find it.

This is one of our favorite after church stops on Sundays. They have the friendliest staff and a very clean store. The cafe offers lots of seating options. The childrens book area has been one of my favorites since my daughter was a baby.

Ive always believed that books ignite your imagination into another world. Now that I have a son, reading to me is even more important. The last time I was there right when j walked in, my son (who is 10 months old) spotted a Daniel tiger book. For 5.99, hey thats a steal to me. He also loves playing with the train set there too. I was so surprised to see Super Wings books too! He loves Super Wings!!!

They did a good job explaining differences in books I was looking at.

I love this B&N its super well laid out and cozy... the chai tea isnt too sweet and the staff are attentive but not clingy. I am excited to live this close to an actual book store again.

Bookstores are a happy place for me and this one in particular has saved me from many a bad case of anxiety. I like to stop here whenever I can. Could I find the books cheaper online somewhere? Maybe. But I gladly pay extra for the atmosphere and the friendly salespeople helping me browse the shelves. Plus its easier to find gems you didnt even know you were looking for when you can see the books in person. I hope brick and mortar bookstores never die out.

Whenever I go there I am able to find what Im searching for. The staff are very friendly and helpful . On occasion they dont have a book or item that I want so I do need to order it. Nevertheless ordering is never a problem. My items always come on time.

Got a great deal for a continuation of a black friday sale. Got the books the kids wanted for half price. Did the pick-up in store option. Got there and picked it up showing the confirmation email, and she handed it to me and gave me a coupon for a free cookie at the coffee shop. We stayed and read a book in the reading area in the back. The kids loved it.

Amazing employees! I went in with a list of books to get for my dad and someone took the time to help me find all of them! I was so appreciative because I tried first myself and had no luck. She knew right where everything was. She made my shopping easy and pleasant!

Attended the Pilkeypalooza. My child had a great time, and the staff was great at engaging the children in the games and activities. The warm apple cider was a nice touch. Would definitely attend another book release party

Great store. Lots of cool toys and figures for many popular fandoms. A friendly employee made me aware of a current sale as she was putting more merchandise out. I continued to browse and just when I was done browsing and wanted to get to the section I needed, another employee was walking past and asked if Id needed help finding anything. I am temporarily disabled and use a walker. The employee walked me over to the section I was looking for and grabbed me a chair to sit in. I thought that to be very kind and excellent customer service. To be able to sit down and shop in comfort allowed me to find two books to bring home.

This is and has always been my favorite place to hang out with friends and find new fun material to read!! I am so happy that this location has stayed in business for so long!! I will never stop loving this store❤❤❤ Much better than the Mall of America location!!!

Nice staff, very helpful and the environment is calm and friendly. But the bathrooms are a total nightmare. Dirty, doesnt begin to describe it. So sad too because the staff are really awesome. 5 star staff and 1 star bathroom.

This is my favorite place to go in the area. They have a good book selection. I spent a lot of time here studying in the café area. We try to make it in couple times a month.

Looking for true crime book and Shakespeare novels for class!

I absolutely adore the staff here! They always have the best attitudes and are always super willing to give you book recommendations. In fact, one of the really sweet ladies there named Christine, has hooked me on more than one series! While not in the best shopping center, they still manage to be one of my favorite Barnes & Noble stores.

Very friendly staff! Always willing to help customers find whatever they are looking for. And if they dont have it they will always offer to order it. I love coming here even if its just to look around! Its a very relaxing environment

Love this Barnes and Noble!

The magna section was kinda lacking but I still got 3 for 2, so I loved that! My daughter was quite satisfied with it. Friendly staff.

Lets just say, they dont any books for the other side of tbe aisle.

I love taking my grandchildren to the store and letting them pick out books for their birthday. And then were enrolled in the birthday program where they get to pick out a cookie or cupcake. Its a special outing for just grandma and that grandchild.
