Ive shopped here many times and I usually have a decent experience. This last time I went to look for a baby doll and accessories and the shelf was half empty so I was a bit disappointed. A lot of the shelves were lacking in product. But maybe that has to do with covid? Otherwise I do like shopping here.

Nothing was smashed!! Fragile items like bread and blueberries were in their own bags. The employees took time and were careful of my items!! Thank you Target!

I live close to here so we stop by once in a while to get stuff that is usually out of stock elsewhere. I opened this store a long time ago when I worked here and its changed a lot! It looks great inside. The Target logo on the outside used to be a clock too!

An item I picked up had scratches on it. It was a bridal shower gift. Target reached out to me, exchanged the item and gave me a gift card for the inconvenience.

30 people were there when target opened at 7am. people were early so they got the first options -that makes sense, I get it. but to allow essentially the first 5-6 people get 15-18 items with your 3 per UPC rule. leave 1-2 items for the rest is ridiculous. Flippers still got their items.You may want to rethink your policy of fair distribution of trading cards that posted everywhere.

This store should change their motto to “Target, We are likely out of stock of that.” This store is what I imagine stores will look like during the apocalypse. I’ve been giving them the benefit of the doubt for almost 12 months now because of COVID-19. Now, I’ve had enough, figure out how to stock your store! My wife insists on going to Target and we are at almost 100% of visits we have to go to another store because Target was out of stock of at least one item on the list. I don’t have these trouble at other stores in Blaine. Target should be ashamed of this store and should be standing at the front door with gift cards for all patrons to compensate them for the additional trip they will have to make to fill their list.

We have been spending a lot of time at home like so many others lately. We picked up a few groceries we needed along with quite a few puzzles. They were all kinda mixed together and some of them didnt ring up as the sale price. Michael came over and changed the price on the more expensive ones so we didnt have to put any back. Its a small gesture but very kind. He told me We will all get through this together, sometimes all we need is a little kindness.Thank you Michael, my kids and I really appreciate it from the bottom of our hearts.

The employees are helpful and knowledgeable, taking the time to help their guests with their needs.

Store was completely understaffed and understocked. Multiple employees told me that the truck never got unloaded and was still half full because corporate cut their hours. There were empty shelves everywhere even basic necessities.

Im so sick of Target. I either go find the products I need in the store and check out, wait in line for store pick up, or wait in my car for drive up...all for the equally the same amount of time

I used to love this Target. Now I dont trust them and have been taking my business elsewhere. It used to be my go to place, but now that they no longer honor mismarked shelves and the management team (Lauren Houge specifically) ghosts you TWICE after requesting further info on the issue, Ive started going other places.

I LOVEVEVEVEVE TARGET!!! Whenever I am in need of something target is my place to run, besides chia seeds or Cerva moisturizer I always go when they are out of stock but that just my luck.

I didn’t read the sale sign details. Completely my fault which I admitted. Michael saw I was trying to figure out what I did wrong. He said the sign was confusing and gave me the promotional gift card anyway. He was so understanding and kind. The staff there is always wonderful but Michael really topped the cake :)

The Blaine store is sooo clean. I love all the new tables and displayed items. Stock is pulled forwarded and faced on the shelves. Target looks really pretty and love the clothes options for my whole family and cant beat the great prices! Plus my kids love the toy section. I live up in Saint Francis and will drive down for Super Target in Blaine.

Just purchased a HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop at 799.99 and it went on sale 3 days later. No problem just go to customer service and they can help me navigate the Target App to produce a digital receipt that they can scan. However, when I called into the Blaine Target I was greeted by a very unfriendly and unprofessional employee, that made me feel as if I was doing something wrong or I because I wasn’t handed or given a paper receipt I’m somehow not legitimately inquiring about the price match that Target offers I believe within 14 days of purchase! I was told if I didn’t have a paper receipt for my Online ; in store pick up item that I wouldn’t be able to do any price match.I simply went to my local Target and presented my digital receipt via the Target App and they fixed the issue in 3 min without making me feel like I stole the package off someone’s porch!This was my experience yesterday 12/11/2020 calling into the Blaine Customer Service. Childish and waste of my time calling and talking to the employee there.

I am so thankful that I did not have to go inside! I was notified by email that my order was ready. When I was ready to pick it up, I went on the Target app and said I was on my way and what color and type of car I had. Pick up spots are clearly marked in the front of the store. Once I got to the store there was no wait. On the app, I clicked that I was at the store. The person who brought it to my car could not have been nicer. The associate scanned the barcode on my phone through my car window. Thank you for offering this service.

My all time favorite store but busier than your normal Target without grocery.

Disappointing. Stayed up for Target Black Friday to go live online; ordered a Ninetendo switch right away, paid by and received confirmation order number. Went to sleep and the next morning got a message of “oops our mistake, there are none at that store”. We tried other Target locations to no avail. Terrible customer service to provide an order number and then not fulfill the order. We ended up making our purchase with Best Buy.

I like the variety of natural products Target carries compared to other retailer (body care, cleaner, etc.) I also like that Target now carries more stylish clothes for plus size women such as myself and I always find cute items in the home decor section.

It is so disappointing that a halloween drive thru event advertised from 10 until 2...got there at 10:30 to be told they only had so many tickets and if you didnt have a ticket at 10:00 you could not drive thru..I was told they had limited resources for treats There were cars lined up for blocks only to be turned away. Not very good of Target..did not say anything on their ad for the event about getting tickets at 10 to be able to drive thru... disappointed children.

WOW is all i can say! I am so impressed with the experience i had this morning. In the middle of this crazy pandemic I was treated so kindly at this target location by multiple employees despite how chaotic the shopping scene is currently. Several people told me to please not hesitate to ask for items I’m not seeing on the shelves and they would go check for me. I even saw an employee comforting another customer who was having an emotional breakdown about not being able to find certain items for her family. Kudos to you guys for keeping the shelves stocked for us and having a positive attitude while doing so! Your kindness does not go unnoticed!

I had purchased a cute pair of shoes on clearance for my granddaughter thinking I knew her size. Much to my disappointment they werent the correct size. I was able to return to Target the shoes without my receipt.(why would I be able to find the receipt? 🤔) The associate used my card to locate the purchase of the shoes and refunded my purchase price. 😀 Was able to find another cute pair in the correct size.

Horrible customer service. Manager Amy was NOT nice and extremely condescending. She refused to match target onlines price even though it was listed as in stores only. I was at Walmart about to buy my daughter snow pants when I looked at targets website and saw they had some cheaper. So I made an extra trip to target to buy those pants. I have been told several times by target employees that they match their online prices. According to Amy target does not match clearance prices. This is not a policy I was aware of nor is it written anywhere that I could find. Also, the item is listed as in stores only and in stock at the Blaine store which lead me to believe they $16.98 in the store plus 20% off with the coupon that is listed with the item. Not only was Amy unwilling to match their own price, but she was very rude, argumentative and condescending. This was not good customer service. Target should have honored the price.I went to the Andover target and they had no problem honoring the online price. They even honored the 20% off coupon. They were also very nice about it. Dont shop at the Blaine Target. Manager Amy needs a lesson about customer service.

I ordered something for my daughter for Christmas and a week later my order was canceled by target.com. If the item is no longer in stock I shouldnt be able to buy it online.

I love the Target on 109th in Blaine, HOWEVER, I have repeatedly noticed that they have a female employee in the deli cutting meats and cheeses for customers and SHE DOES NOT COVER HER NOSE WITH HER MASK. This seems very inappropriate during this COVID pandemic.

I love Target! I always will LOVE target. But I am disappointed this target location doesnt ask if I want paper or plastic. I strongly disagree with plastic. I catch myself chit chatting with the cashier and all the sudden realize all my groceries are packed up in 10+ different plastics bags. The Lino Lakes location always asks. I am asking this Blaine location to rethink their processes and ask their customers. Its irresponsible not to try to cut down on plastic. Thanks for listening.

Friendly with truckers. Didn’t bothered me while I was sleeping on their parking lot. Just park far away from the entrance and keep it clean.

Not even remotely busy and the back aisle by the meats for the grocery department is very crowded with items and pop everywhere. There needs to be more room for carts to pass eachother. I left my cart several times so I could walk and grab items as it was faster to do than maneuver around the crowded carts and items. Remodel here is no good!

I go to Target all the time because I love Cartwheel and the location is convenient. But over the last couple of years Ive been more and more disappointed in the product selection (products are constantly no longer available), some aisles are really tight with the new remodel, and there are never enough registers open. Waiting in line has become insane. Im also disappointed in customer service. The last survey I filled out, I was contacted by someone and she said shed give me a $10 gift card and then never followed up. I didnt ask for anything - she offered it, and then ignored me.

The order pick up was fast and easy! And they had the high demand product I needed.

My local stores have all been updated. It is such a pleasure to shop in a clean, brightly lit, organized, store. The new brands are extraordinary. It is also really nice to see more plus size clothing.

Target is a step above the rest, not disrespecting people like Walmart and Menards is, I am handicapped and Walmart limits the doors you walk in and out, I cannot do that, I cannot walk far. You are not forcing masks on people like Menards is, but you are sanitizing everything like carts and keypads - great job! Target gets all of my business now and in the future!

Not a big fan of the new remodel. The store has a limited selection of essential items. And items that should be in the same department seem to be scattered all over the store. In short looks like a mess with people wondering the store looking lost. The LED lighting is nice and bright but to those with TBIs(Traumatic Brain Injuries) they can cause problems. Overall a step down in the shopping experience. Takes too long to shop in your store.

Cleanliness & Store layout - I love Target and with the remodels they are even more amazing. O and Blaine has a liquor store, you can use your red card and get 5% off your liquor purchase to! Huge plus!

This target is always clean and the staff has always offered help when I am there. I think this store is well above average for the Target experience. The selection is usually spot on, though the produce tends to go fast after the busy hours on the weekends. This store is my go to store for groceries and household products in the area.

This target is the best. Liz is one of the most helpful team members. fast, knowledgeable and she know her customers well and she always willing to make my shopping experience a great one.and everybody there is so helpful ...They deserve 10 stars

Great place. Every time in here it’s very clean. They also added a Starbucks which is fantastic because I can get a coffee and walk around and shop and get everything I need from groceries to look Tronics to clothing to basically anything I need. Also target now has a price matching tool which is awesome they will match the price. They were very helpful and respectful and like everyone at target. This is a great place I don’t know how you could possibly give target a bad review because they try so hard

Pee soaked bathroom that looks like it hasnt been cleaned in forever. Felt disgusted after coming out of here. How does a sink get that dirty???Overall the store itself is pretty clean.

After waiting in line for the family restroom next to the pharmacy area to become available to change my two-weeks old sons diapers, what a surprise it was to find that there was no changing table in the family restroom!Ended up having to go all the way to the main restrooms to find that the only changing table was not even in a separate stall but right next to the super loud hand dryer! Perfect setting to calm down an already fussy newborn...Once all done in there I proceeded to feed him and was then directed to the nursing area in the fitting rooms (no changing table there either...)Stressful and disappointing experience overall. I was expecting more from Target...

Customer service some of the better Ive seen in Targets around the metro. Being a Super Target the selection is pretty good as well. Produce always seems good, likely because it is a popular Target moving things quickly.

Being we still have the Covid-19 virus among us, why doesn’t Target stores require that the shoppers and all of the employees wear face masks? Why are they not checking temps as people enter?

Love this Target. Can always find what Im looking for. Just wish they opened at 7 instead of 8. I love their donuts, bagels and pastries and of course Starbucks but I work at 8 so I can never go. In the mornings.

It was so easy! I only had a few items but next time I do my shopping I’m sure I will have quite a bit more like I usually do so this would be so convenient! Especially in the winter.

Went in to Target last night before the snow hit and I was surprised the store was not packed! I got in got some groceries as well as a few other things and I back home in jiffy! The checkout was slow but within 3 minutes some girl I saw stocking shelves in the candy section was up front saying she could take someone in lane 2! Score!! Looking forward to the day Target delivers groceries, then I can stay at home!

Merchandise availability is great! I often like to see what I purchase. Additionally. there are good deals if one watches the ads.

The customer service at the Target optical was excellent! The first day I went there one of the team members (Optical) worked with me to try and find 2 pair of frames that I had seen at a different Target. One was not there so he told me he could get them to his store by the date of my appointment (2 days later). The day of my appointment, he had went to the Target in Blaine, picked up the frame and brought them to the downtown Target on his day off! Next, when I was getting fitted for my new glasses, a different associate, explained the progressive lenses (I have had progressive for many years, but no one ever explained where the lines line up) and told me my current glasses looked low. I explained I got two pair of glasses at a different Target and I just felt they did not line up right, went back twice to two different locations and no one helped me! He was willing to help. I had such a problem with the line up on my old glasses that I had to go to a chiropractor and change my monitors at work drastically to help with the vision. The Downtown Target Optical staff were so friendly and helpful.

I am not a fan of the new remodel. The whole store is rearranged and I had to wander around for 20 minutes trying to find one thing I needed. It’s kind of a shame. I don’t need my favorite store to look “trendy” I need it to be practical and save me time looking for stuff. I felt like I needed a map....

I used to LOVE going to Target! I’d go at least once a week to get groceries and the essentials, but since they have started stocking during the day, I can barely stand going there. Every time I go, I have to ask a worker to move their stocking carts, so I can get to what I am trying to buy. Most of the time they apologize and quickly move, but sometimes they act like it’s an inconvenience to them. There are empty large carts sitting at the end of the aisles with nothing on them which makes it harder to pass. Today between 9 and 10am, there were 2 workers with 3 large carts completely blocking an aisle. One worker moved his cart so I could pass, and I still had to zig zag through the other 2 carts to get through. The next aisle (chip aisle) had 3 large carts lined up along a whole side making it inaccessible, and yet there were areas in the chip side of the aisle that were completely bare. I understand that they started daytime stocking for employees satisfaction, but what about customer satisfaction? It shouldn’t be so difficult to shop!

Friendly, no rude greeters like that other place. I have never had a issue when something is unmarked they just check, helpful with questions and exchanges.

I dunno man, it was pretty clean but it was hard to find things so I had to ask one of the employees. They were generally helpful. The deli is pretty slow though.A wet ceiling flap just fell from the ceiling. Maybe watch out next time youre in.

Clean store, staff always friendly and ready to assist. Some of the aisles are a bit cramped and can make two way traffic difficult but overall a well laid out store. Always more than enough registers available for checkout so there is rarely a long wait.

I love going to target but this one always seems too busy with only one or two cashiers helping customers. Im going to try avoid shopping here.

Good customer service. I usually could find a product i wanting to purchase. Except for one time they were out of just mayo. The shelves were empty. I figured this may have been a high commodity at the time I went shopping.

Clean store and plenty of product. I guess if I had one request, it would be that they should bring in a water filling station for 1 gallon jugs of water. Walmart and Cub have them so I wonder why a Super Target doesn’t have one?
