I have worked with many shops and mechanics over the past 40 years and have never had a better experience than at Wholesale Transmission. I decided to invest in a new engine for my 22 year old car and I trusted the great references from other customers I know that use Wholesale Transmission for any auto repair. They were able to secure a new motor in less than 2 hours and had it installed within 72 hours. They gave me a free loaner car also -- so nice! Needless to say..., I have found my new mechanic. Only 17 months ago I got a rebuilt transmission there and was only given a 12K mile warranty and last week transmission failed. People WARNED me NOT to get repairs there but I wanted to give them a try..,.the last owners were the best

Went to shop to get my 1980 transmission rebuild. (Show car on 28 inch rims) They gave me a price of 1500.00 to rebuild and 600 to install since the transmission was already out the car. After dropping off transmission 2 days later get a call saying he forgot to add fluids so it will be another $100 ok fine.. after towing the car to shop a cord was missing off the transmission they ordered a new one$60 but wanted $120 to install it. Which I never understood since they would have to install since it’s part of the transmission. After a week they called on Monday said car was ready to pick up. I told them I’ll be in today or tomorrow. On Tuesday they called at 9am to let me know if I pay cash it will be $50 Less. I show up at 10am they inform me that the key in stuck in the car because the left the hassardas on. After me testing the alarm for 40 mins got the key out but now the steering wheel is locked. Which it was locked when I was messing the the alarm. From 1040 until 1pm nobody from the shop came to help or looked at the car. I had to pay another shop $100 to come and get the wheel loose. So I asked them to deduct $100 which is what I had to pay someone else to fix the issue at there shop they refused. I will never use that shop again not even for the warranty.

Pay a little extra and go somewhere else and get it done right the first time. They refuse to fix any mistakes they make.

I started with a great review because they were really helpful at least until they had to deliver my car to the dealership. I was thrilled with the initial service I recited at least until they found out they couldn’t work on my car. Dealer recall on my transmission and they even lost my car and I waited all day for them to call me back! I knew I had to return the car but for you to allow me to drive a vehicle that was unsafe and subject to break down which it did...I waited over an hour for a tow and still don’t have reliable transportation to get to work 🤦🏾‍♀️

Do not use them. I have to take them to court now. I paid them to fix my transmission . The transmission went out 3 days later . They have refuse to help or refund. I had to leave my car on the side of the highway. The transmission is basically broken now. Don’t do business with the work they do is not to notch. Kenny the general manager . Hung up in my face once I was able to speak with him. Petty and unfair business practices. Don’t trust there craftsmanship. The just happen 10/19/2020

They just rebuilt our 2007 Chrysler Pacifica for less than 1/2 the price of the dealer. Excellent service and workmanship

Ask for Dan! At South location. He is the manager and master mechanic with 30+yrs experience. I dont know anyone else there so I am only commenting on Dan. He knows his stuff! Firestone told me the repair would be over $2000. He fixed it for $250. Thanks Dan for helping us get back on the road.

I would highly recommend bringing your vehicle to Wholesale Transmission. Dan went above and beyond my expectations and made sure the repair was done for a reasonable cost, even after a few hiccups due to my mistakes. Great to find a trustworthy shop where people still have integrity and honesty.

Very friendly and professional manager. (Tony) . My van had some tricky issues and they kept digging until they found the problem. Thank you again. I would recommend this place. Better pricing than the other places I dealt with. Have been there in the past and will return if need be in the future with other vehicles.

I have had my truck here since purchase my truck had a rebuilt engine then the spark plugs broke then they fixed that it started having same problem as before I promise this will be the fifth time also my truck was rambled through someone took some stuff out my truck went through all my stuff threw my grandma picture on the floor who has passed away i mean just ridiculous but they say not responsible if its parked at your lot you all should be they removed my catalytic converter sold it without consilting me i mean ridiculous i refuse to pay for services because if everything was fixed correctly i wouldnt be back so after this i am ultimately done anything else gies wrong I am suing wholesale teansmission period
