Had a wonderful experience. The customer service that I received from Dennis and Kim was excellent. We went in with an idea of what we wanted and shared it with the two of them and they were able to show us a few different selection. We did end up purchasing a book dining set.
Forrest made it such an easy and stress free experience to purchase a mattress for my teenage daughter. He put us at ease, was personable, professional, and very knowledgeable. We felt like he wanted us to be happy with our purchase (not like many salespeople who seem to just want to sell something). We found the perfect mattress at the price point we wanted.

Awesome service all around. One of the best customer services I have received. This is definitely my new go to for furniture. The prices are a little more than some places but you get what you pay for. If you are a smart shopper you can walk away with some luxury pieces at great prices. Megan was such a delite and so helpful! I had my toddler with me and she was very understanding and attentive. 100% choose Becker!

Super helpful staff (Forrest) that was very thorough. Effectively conveyed all of the sales, deals, stock, and details on every piece of furniture that we were interested. The store was also very clean and well organized. It helped that all of the furniture was arranged by category.
I received great service from Dennis at the Blaine location. This was my fifth furniture store today. Dennis helped me find what I was looking for and had my vehicle loaded up with the floor model, on a recliner that was not in stock, within 25 minutes of entering the store. I’ve bought a number of items from Becker Furniture World in the past and have always received great customer service.
I’ve been to almost every furniture store in the Twin Cities and my last stop was the best stop!!! I never thought searching for a girls bedroom set would be so difficult. Becker (Blaine location) came through big time! Great sale but honestly the best part was the staff!!! Ben, Ryan, and all the associates went above and beyond!! They were not only informative but we had a good time!! Who has ever said they had a good time in a furniture store lol. My friend knew…she recommended that store particularly. They stayed well past closing and loaded items on to my truck!! They were amazing!!! I will definitely go there again and recommend to family and friends!!
Customer service was great! Even being short staffed I received the attention I deserved to make the purchase we needed for our home. Dennis and Heather were FABULOUS!! Customer focused and so helpful! I just moved back to Minnesota from California and am furnishing a new home and Becker is the only furniture store we visited that had inventory readily available for delivery! Both Dennis and Heather were hilarious and made my shopping experience a joy! My only disappointment is I couldnt find a dining and bedroom set I liked to add to my purchases! THANK YOU Becker for investing in Dennis and Heather! They deserve a raise!!
Great selection of furniture and great customer service. Sadie assisted with our questions and finalized the sale. We were looking for lounge chairs and ottoman and found what we wanted there after looking for months. I could have gotten custom made seaform green or aqua blue lounger/ottoman but the delivery was 6 months out. Unfortunately, we are too far out of there range for the free delivery. Sydneys vision differed from what we were thinking, but we are so happy we listened to the professional! Her vision and knowledge made our experience stress free. Hi I was assisted by a young man Cameron and he was excellent. Helpful polite everything you would want in a person handling furniture and questions that you have during the post pandemic. Cameron Answered my questions and when he didnt know he would find out from the business office and get back to me it was very helpful and made my decision to go with Becker Due to Camerons help.
As much as I hate writing this or being labeled as Karen, but I feel compelled to write this review based on my last couple of experiences with Becker Furniture. I’ve been a big fan of this company for years, but now I will not shop there ever again. In November, I attempted to purchase a mattress from Becker in Maple Grove for $3500.00, but the sales rep included a $150.00 mattress cover. I informed him that I’d be purchasing one from Amazon for $25.00, but he then made a statement that it’s against Becker’s policy to sell a mattress without a cover. I was a little caught off guard by his statement and confirmed what he had said three times. At that point, I decided to hold on the purchase and visited the corporate headquarters in Becker and they confirmed this isn’t a corporate policy, but they recommend it. I did end up purchasing a mattress through them and after speaking to the manager was assured the previous rep would be coached.On 07/02/2021, I decided to return to Becker and purchased a new bed frame during a time they were offering free delivery. In addition, I paid an additional surcharge to have the movers set it up in my condo as well. On 07/13/2021, Becker provided me a 3-hour window for the delivery and they weren’t able to make the delivery. We rescheduled again for 07/15/2021 and they failed to show up for the 2nd time and I decided to cancel the delivery altogether, because I wasn’t willing to take another day off for this to be delivered.My recommendation is to save the headache and visit Hom Furniture instead.

Our experience started at Becker in Rosedale and we were referred to go to the Blaine location once we discovered the piece we were searching for was there. We were given a card with a staffs name on it, Sydney, in Blaine. Once we got there Sydney was prompt in helping us and she and another staff (I didnt catch his name sorry!) Brought the couch we wanted out from the warehouse so we could try it out. Great, efficient service all around!

Stopped into Becker furniture this past week and ran into Dennis Anderson.Did not bug us but was REALLY helpful. We wanted certain features and he made it happen easily!! We have been to a few Becker locations but the northtown location has by far the best staff and customer service. We really appreciated the time and care Sydney took in helping us pick out our furniture for our home office!
Whitney greeted us at the door. We told her we were interested in getting a quote on some custom furniture. She showed us the product, led us through the quote, and asked lots of great questions. If she wasnt able to answer to our question, she went to find the answer. When the quote was ready she answered our questions, but didnt make us feel pressured to buy. She also got us information on some less expensive furniture.We slept on it and decided to move forward with the purchase. When I called the store, Whitney wasnt working, but I received very curious help with ordering. There was an agreement I had to sign, but the sales associate offered to email it to me so I didnt have to make a special trip to the store.We feel like we got exactly what we wanted in furniture and great service. I cant wait to see it in our home!

Donald Gurley gave us a great experience. He not only remembered my wife from her first visit, but listened to her wants and directed her to the best sofas to meet our needs. He gave space when we needed to browse, but always remained ready to provide the answers to the questions we had. Overall, we ordered a custom sectional and Donald took us through the process in a non-pressure, professional manner.
This was the first time I have shopped at Becker Furniture and the experience was the best I’ve had at a furniture store. I was amazed that the salespeople did not pounce on me as soon as I walked in the door. Yes they greeted me but let me look around until I asked a salesperson for help. I will shop there again.

Weve spent several thousand dollars on furniture with no problems, until there was a problem. I was to the point where I was going to give Becker once more chance and then they would forever lose our business. Im SO glad I did! I had the pleasure of doing business with Laura Labatt in the mattress department. Not only did she correct the issues we had, she went way above and beyond. She is the gold standard in what customer service should be everywhere!! Becker not only retained a customer, but secured one for life, and they owe every future penny I spend there directly to Laura. Its one thing to make a good first impression, but to restore a completely destroyed reputation is almost impossible. Laura has done the impossible. Kudos to Laura and to Becker for hiring her.

We did locate your order and see that the store manager has reached out via phone calls and email messages regarding updates on your order. We do apologize if you did not receive enough communication. We also see that you were offered compensation among other out of policy options, but the offers were declined. Our team is doing everything in their power to help resolve this, and they will reach out as soon as your order arrives.HERE IS WHAT REALLY HAPPENED:The compensation offered was to PURCHASE Loaner furniture and then return it in new condition once our order arrived. Drew Olson stopped communication after that. He relayed messages to the front desk to respond to my calls each time our furniture was delayed another month. You apparently did not do your research - the team will not be contacting me when our order arrives. Our order was CANCELLED.
Forrest was extremely helpful when it came to finding me a mattress. After explaining what I was looking for, he immediately made a suggestion that was within my price range, and I was sold. He was friendly and professional and Ill go back to him again when I need another mattress.
My very first visit to a Becker furniture store. I had a few items in mind to purchase and was happy with the selection, along with my sales person, Forrest Thompson. All I wanted to do was browse for what I was looking for and Forrest allowed me to do that. I am one of those shoppers who hates having a Sales Associate walking with me. He understood that and allowed me that freedom but kept in touch every so often asking if I had any questions. That kind of shopping experience is VERY important to me and it was a great experience. If I could recommend other furniture stores to pay Dennis to train their employees, It would be a no brainer.Dennis was more than a pleasure to work with as my girlfriend and I were in need of a couch. He was extremely educated on the furniture and never came up short on the million questions and recommendations we had/needed.He was never pushy, never lingered, yet was always right there when we needed!I 100% know that Dennis and Kim are the reason we left feeling so happy and accomplished with our experience.Becker really needs to recognize these two if they haven’t already because they are the reason that We will always go through them first for any furniture needs!

Super helpful, but not pushy staff. Dennis guided us through the store as it was our first time there. He was always available for assistance, but gave us space and time to make our own decisions. The whole process was very easy and we should be getting our furniture within one month.

Becker Furniture Blaine has the worst customer service EVER. Our custom furniture order was delayed 3 times and no one from the store called to let us know. The store manager, Andrew Olson, did not respond to phone calls or emails. I had to drive to the store to speak with him. There was no compensation offered for all of the hassle we went through. We had gotten rid of our furniture after we were assured the January delivery date would be met. We only had lawn chairs to sit on for months. The only person who helped us was Donna up in Becker, MN. We cancelled our order and went to Ashley Furniture. We had new furniture in 5 days. Save yourself the hassle and Shop at Ashley!!!
Today I was out shopping with my brother. We first stopped at Becker in Roseville. There was a young lady name Deandra I believe who was extremely helpful. She checked information on multiple items for us and was really friendly. After that visit my brother and I ended up at the Becker in Northtown mall. We met Dennis Anderson and the manager Mrs. Anderson at this location. Never have I ever had so much fun at a furniture store. Not only were they super helpful but they were very patient while we browsed the store for hours. We received the best customer service ever! We were even offered beverages and snacks. They chitchatted with us and we all had some pretty good laughs! It was a good time!! Thank you all!!
I feel really good about the bed I purchased at Beckers. I appreciate the option of being able to return my bed in case Im not satisfied. The only thing I dont like is having to wait 5 days for it to be delivered but overall its been a great experience.

Bought a great sectional for a great price however the sales rep Forrest misinformed us when selling the delivery option. He told us (without us even asking) that people come, remove our previous furniture and take it back with them in addition to setting up the newly bought furniture. Because of this, we canceled a scheduled service for a third party to come remove our furniture. Come the day of delivery, we found out information from Forrest was a COMPLETELY incorrect. We had to scramble to somehow get the old furniture our of the living room. Our delivery guy Tyler (hes been delivering for some years now) was so nice and understanding. In fact, he was amazing and fun to talk to! Every Becker customer should have their items delivered by him! Felt bad that he had to apologize on behalf of the sales rep. Glad we DIDNT purchase the warranty from Forrest either bc all the things he promised about it sounded unrealistic to us as well. No one ever reached back out regarding this incident.
So extremely stoked for our sectional to arrive in 2 weeks (yes-thats right 2 weeks not 9 months)! Thank you Becker Furniture specifically Sydney S. for all your help finding the perfect couch for our family room.
Sales girl was new and we requested wanting to see bedroom sets that were a full size due to the size of our bedroom. She showed us where to begin looking and said she would follow up in a few minutes. She got another sales person due to our request and with both of them we found we needed to special order the size bed we wanted and got our bed ordered! Thank you ladies!

I stopped in curious about reclining sofas but not expecting to buy as I had already placed an order for a lazy-boy.Earl Bane was first to greet me and after some questions introduced me to a reclining sofa that honestly made me consider cancelling the lazy-boy. First, the adjustable head rest is an everyone should have one of these! Also, the build quality and cushion density appeared at least equal to a lazy-boy. Finally though was the price... wish I would have checked Beckers first. Disallusioned by my Lazy-boy commitment however I moved on to Area rugs.Anna Benson helped me narrow down the large selection of rugs. She took the time to arrange samples with furniture similar to our existing pieces to fine tune the look we desired from the remaining options and complete the order.

I first left a 5 star review but i’m taking that back due to the terrible costumer service. after your purchase of furniture they don’t respond to emails or return calls about when your furniture may be in, or update you. you spend thousands of dollars & as soon as they take your money they could care less about if you’ve been received it or not. i’ve been waiting on a order for 2 months going on 3 now and have no updates, or return of emails and calls. definitely will spend my money somewhere else next time.

Extremely knowledgeable sales staff (shout out to Forrest) who dont sugar coat or get aggressive with upselling which is such a rarity these days. A real no pressure experience. On top of that I was having some issues putting together an office chair I had purchased from them. I brought it in and they found the right person for the job ( pretty sure Anthony has a black belt in Allen Wrench-fu), they were able to put it together in about 15 minutes which saved me an indescribable amount of time and frustration. I am a customer for life.
Got a mattress, box spring, frame, pillow, and sheet set from here, and had a great experience. I came in thinking it was going to be a difficult, anxious process figuring out what I wanted and choosing the right thing, and I was afraid I might end up wasting money having to try multiple mattresses and such. On the contrary, it couldnt have been easier, honestly. I was assisted by Sydney, and she pretty much talked to me for all of five minutes before saying she knew exactly what would work for me. First mattress felt good to me, but she said my spine wasnt quite aligned on it. Tried the second one, and it was way better, and my back was totally straight. That was the one I ended up getting, and I definitely dont regret it, best bed Ive ever slept on (it was a BeautySleep Hybrid). Actually, come to think of it, that WAS the first one she wanted to show me, but someone else was trying it out at the time. So for all intents and purposes she nailed it on the first try.Despite finding the right bed almost immediately, she was happy to show me other mattresses just for my own curiosity and for comparison. She also helped me find a good pillow, which again, best pillow Ive ever had probably. Ive never owned a bed frame and it was pretty easy picking one out as well. The cost ended up being well worth it for everything, and I can tell you she was working with me for my best interest, and not just trying to get a sale. That was pretty much the only reason I felt comfortable getting all this stuff at the same time.So, Sydney was phenomenal - there were other employees there that she asked a few questions to and they were also super cool and helpful. You could tell they all work well together. Unfortunately I didnt catch their names, but of the people I saw, its hard to imagine having a bad in-store experience.But that isnt quite all - what I thought would be the next difficult step ended up being way easier than I thought as well. The mattress and frame+sheets came in separate deliveries, and both were as seamless as possible. I didnt catch the names of the guys who delivered the mattress, though they were great. Very easy and smooth phone interactions, and they were super friendly and efficient getting the stuff in. Took all of 5 - 10 minutes. The frame delivery was the same, great phone interactions, great in person interactions, ridiculously friendly and helpful. I did catch the name of one of the guys delivering the frame - his name was Tyler.Overall, just great! I was anxious about shopping for a new bed but it went better than I could have imagined. If youre in the market for a new bed, definitely check out Becker. If youre just looking for other furniture, I cant imagine youll have a bad time here either!

Like most of the furniture stores that have gone into way overpriced even with the 10 and 20% discount at some of the stores if you spend x amount of dollars then you get tax free theyre still high I could elaborate more on this but theres no need I believe if you do a little shopping yourself youll see just what I mean
