I called around for a clutch cover for my saw, called all the places local to me and then started calling places non local trying to get this part. Ari was super helpful and even sent a schematic of the saw to ensure it was the part I was after. She ordered it for me and shipped it to me and kept me in the loop the entire time. This place has such a huge selection! I had no idea they had guns. They even have these sweet electric bikes that they let me test ride.. I went in for a part for my mower and walked out with a new sander for my projects. I cant believe how many mowers they fit in there and you can get to every single one. The young lady who.manages the place was so kind and answered all my questions. I belive her name was Ariel? I will definitely be back with all my mower gun and project needs.

I got told that if i got the oil they sell i would get free oil chang the next year i called for it and thay said they dont do that only the first 1 is free when you buy it and thats just the oil they put in it when u buy it. Not actually an oil CHANGE. but the rider is a good rider

We did a bunch of landscaping including adding bark & rocks around our property and it looks just great. The problem was my old simplicity zero turn mower which I loved was a side discharge and it would throw grass all over my new landscaping. And it was 15 years old so we went here and Ari was excellent in service and replacing our old mower. We got the Gravely 52” ZLT with the mulcher package. I love it so far; it has plenty of power with that Kawasaki 23hp engine. I only have it at about half throttle and am constantly holding it back as it wants to mow very fast. Very Happy, great company!!

My business was in a pinch because our main mower was having major issues so I called about everywhere I could find online within a 5 hour drive of my town that sells commercial mowers. They also carry a wide variety of firearms, ammo, welding and woodshop equipment. They have a large shop and repair most any model. A great mom and pop shop with hometown feel.

Fanominal staff, and they have always had everything that i have ever needed in stock and at a better price then anywhere else i have found, staff has always been very knowledgeable and given amazing guidance as to what i am looking for. i stopped looking or going anywhere else after i found these guys, and even more then that it is supporting local, not sure it gets much better then that.

Pretty disappointed in their service unfortunately.Came in to have my scope leveled to the rifle and have it bore site. The guy came out very dusty. He is currently doing some body work on a car hes restoring. Probably sanding primer. Anyway, started handling the gun and getting a bunch of dust on it. He said hed clean it off. Couple hours later they call to say it was done. Very quick service. When I went to pick up the gun, still very dusty and my brand new (literally 2 days old) gun bag has a bunch of dust now impregnated in the fibers. I mean, he couldnt take 2 minutes to wash his hands before handling a very expensive rifle set-up? I feel thats beyond common sense. Anyway, I didnt bother to say anything. Some people are just that way. And theres probably nothing you could due to change that.Its unfortunate because he seemed like a cool dude. Showed me his other guns he had built and seemed very knowledgeable. Plus I live just up the road from his business so I could have been a frequent customer.Hopefully the work on the gun was done properly. I will have to wait until later to confirm that.

Excellent small family owned business. Surprisingly big show room with a way bigger selection of mowers and hand held yard tools than you expect. Service is personal and friendly. Great financing options too. I bought a chainsaw and will absolutely be going back in the spring for a new zero turn.

I bought a zero turn lawn mower here many years ago and returned just recently to purchase another one. They have excellent service here. I was leaving town for the winter last year and they even offered to store my new mower and deliver it in the spring when I returned. They also sharpen blades and sell many other things as well. Run by a local family and they strive to please.

I stopped by to ask about a zero turn mower. I asked specific questions and the answers were what I wanted to buy, so I bought a Husqvarna. A couple of things turned out to be not as they stated so i went back to get some answers. I felt like i was asking stupid questions and was told i would have to get some metal and make my own anti scalp wheels, and they would have to look at it for the other complaint. I have more questions, but I will work them out for myself rather than be treated like a clueless old man again. Be sure to verify before buying from this store.

My husband and I stopped by this not so small shop on highway 39 while visiting family. He saw the sign that said guns and pulled over. We were surprised with their friendly staff and how much selection they have. We will definitely go there again the next time we are in town!

Love this shop, they have anything my husband could ever want!! They even have a station for my kiddos to play while we discuss guns and mowers. Mom and pop shops are the best. Took my Gravely zero turn mower that had 50 hrs total usage in for an oil change. Made the mistake of not asking what it would cost since I figured it would be much like servicing on a lawn mower in the past. Was shocked when I picked up the mower and they charged 320 dollars for an oil change and blade sharpening. No repairs were needed. They told me they did a bunch of special adjustments that took 3 hrs. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS.

Stopped in there to have the gunsmith to see if he could work on my brothers gun. He said he could. He fixed the problem for less than 50$. We were both very pleased with his work.

Great Service it was the end of the day and they didnt rush is out, which was excellent since we work late most days. We were given helpful information about the products that helped to make a decision. They also price matched the big box stores, filled out warranty, got the equipment fueled up and started. They also were very confident about repairs if we ever needed. (Which shouldnt be necessary for a long time since we got the premixed fuel). Overall wonderful small business I hope we can shop at in the future. Plus they have a lovey store cat and kids area!

My husband and I just bought a new Ariens snowblower from them. We are and continue to be impressed. We were unsure of the one we wanted but the lady there, I think her name was Corey, she was very knowledgeable on the products. She got us in and out with our new blower in less than a half an hour and even got 0% for 24 months financing. Which usually takes forever. But they were fast and super helpful. They even delivered our bower for free to rigby. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars... theyre awesome! We ARE going to back in the spring and get one of the gravelys too! Big place, Nice people, they need to review there hours. I arrived 10 minutes before closing. Needed a power rake cable, fairly common part, they took the cable and worned me that they may not have one. They went to the back for 15 seconds and came back and said they would have to order cable on Monday from the model number. Sorry.... 1st and last time ill every go there. They wanted to go home, which i dont blame them. If they dont want to be there then adjust your hours.

They had parts for my older riding lawnmower that I couldnt find anywhere else. The guy was very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and nice! He also does gun smithing. This is my go to place for parts!!

There are too many issues to go into detail! Just make sure once you tell them what the issue is and they want you to sign the work order that you read the work order throughly to make sure they wrote down what you said correctly!!!!!!

They were able to find the engine for my lawnmower.

Very unhappy with their services. We dropped off our mower and specifically told them that all we wanted fixed was the idling issue. A week later we hadnt heard from them and decided to call. They told me they were waiting on the blades. What blades?! The ones you never asked us if we wanted to purchase?! After talking to the mechanic we decided it was in our interest to get new blades but that was annoying that they didnt even check with us first.Another week goes by and still nothing so we call again. Still waiting on the blades. Apparently they only got 2 of 3 blades but those ended up being the wrong ones anyway. Absolutely ridiculous.We told them to just sharpen our old blades and put them back on the mower so we could get it home and use it.All we authorized was for them to fix the engine issue and they changed the oil, filters, spark plugs, and a few other things we didnt authorize. So our mower sat in their shop for 2.5 weeks without them communicating with us at all what was going on. We ended up paying over $250 on services we did not want and did not authorize. Very unhappy. Will not go back.
