Ordered home heating fuel from CHS. Person who took order was not very friendly. I asked when the fuel would be delivered. She stated, I dont know. I asked her if she could find out. She said, I dont know because I am not in that department. I asked her to transfer me to someone who would be able to give me a date of delivery. She said very rudely, Hold on. She came back on the line and said, It will be delivered Friday. I have ordered home heating fuel from CHS for years and have never have been treated in this manner. Time to look for another supplier.
It has several fuel pumps, and is a great place to fuel up right before heading off towards the Challis area. It has public restrooms, a convenience store, and a farm store with small hardware and feed for animals.
There’s an employee there named Ginger who, every time I go in there, (which is quite a bit as the co op is close to my house) is just straight up rude. She’s got terrible customer service and disposition. She also seems to be really unnecessarily rude to her coworkers. All the other staff there are real nice and approachable. But Ginger, watch out for her. She’s made me not want to go to Co Op.
If there was a 0 I would have done that. They came and filled our tank without permission in the middle of winter, we dont even use them, the owner of the house before us did. When we talked with them they said they would wait until summer and match the company we use best price. They now deny ever saying anything and ever even talking to us. They are saying they can come pump it out and leaves us screwed as prices have now gone up. I would never recommend this company.
It is like a department store in a rural community for family farms and gardens. Everything one could need for farming and animals, plus clothing, home decor, a deli, gas station and more. Super helpful employees.
Great service and reasonable prices. A store I tend to stop at every day.
Fast friendly people, easy to find, several ranch items for purchase
Good selection of almost everything.
