I visited this store around 6pm and found it devoid of life, including staff members. Someone came out of the back rather soon after I entered, but they seemed ready to go home and didnt provide the best customer service. I felt watched.They have an uninspiring selection of phones, stocking just Samsung and Apple with a couple of Google phones. Most are expensive.The store felt empty and uninviting, quite unlike T-Mobile.Whilst it wasnt the best experience, it wasnt the worst either.

Customer service is terrible I was supposed to get 200$ trade in on my iPhone I never got it and no one would even try to help. Only buy from direct Verizon stores Verizon can’t help with customer service if it’s a third party store. My bill is now 20$ more a month because they won’t figure out what happened to my 200$ they just keep claiming they don’t have the phone I gave them.

I went in to get an upgrade on my phone and we had the BEST customer service from River! Honestly, he did a phenomenal job getting me what I wanted and answered all of my questions and got me set up. I usually dread going in to the Verizon Stores because of past experiences in the Chubbuck store. But I truly appreciate River taking the time to explain the differences in the phones that I was looking at and what would be the best phone for me. After he was done helping me, he fixed one of our other phones that had a bad sim card. I will definitely be going back to this store for any future needs!

Today we had an excellent man help us with our phones we switched from AT&T we were very unhappy with them this mans name is Conner we came in the front door we had to wait a few minutes we got him and he I would like to tell you that he goes to extra lengths to help people hes very customer oriented he does a great job and you guys need to take care of him so you dont lose personnel like him because they are far and few between.

Conner is amazing!! He stayed an hour after closing just to help me set up a new phone. He was so helpful and nice, very easy to work with! I would highly recommend seeing him for anything you may need.

Extremely slow and unable to complete the most simple transactions. Waited over 45 minutes to purchase a device and was not able complete the transaction. Apparently if the manager has the day off in this store it is almost impossible to get things done. Everything has to be approved by another manager at another store. Not sure why the store is even open on Tuesdays when the manager is off. I finally just had to leave because no one could complete my transaction.

I had a great experience, every time I go in I’m always helped right away and The employees there do everything they can to help especially a young man named Jason. He was already clocked out but stayed to help me get a new screen protector for my friend and I while also helping me get a new phone case. Great guy and great store!

Very clear on options, I needed a base station for my grandmas home phone and it was far cheaper than using a traditional phone company land line service. A sales representative told me exactly what I would need and how much each thing would cost. Just $20 per month!

Damen and Alex are exceptional employees, however the company of Verizon is the worst company I’ve ever encountered. After wrongly adding my iPhone to a black list completely disabling my entire phone their departments couldn’t figure out how to rectify their problem. I now have a completely useless iPhone that was paid in full that I will never be able to use. I will never do business with this company again.

Slow. As. Dirt. Took 5 plus hours. To set up my plan. And get phones. They had only one guy working the whole store. He was nice but didnt know much. Constantly had issues. Not happy on that part. They need to train the employees better and have more staff

While they are apologetic, they still dont fix the problem.Save yourself some time and frustration and go to a corporate location in either in Idaho Falls or Pocatello. They were easily able to take care of my needs and save me from activation fees.

DO NOT GO TO BULLFROG IN BLACKFOOT. They charge 100.00 more for a phone than you can buy from a REAL VERIZON dealer. They do not apply rebates when they say they will. This store really sucks is all I can say about them. Dont go to them. They are totally clueless. They say they need to talk to their district manger because the employees are unable to make any decisions on their own. They will not call you back either. I really do not think that they are smart enough in the store to know how to dial a phone to call you back. Like the other review say about them, they are clueless.

Should of read sate Idaho review. Never had problems here till recently. Wasted so much time trying to get a watch. I Ordered a watch a long time ago and they got the wrong one I went to tell them for them to try to lie and say they didnt mess up. Ordered a second one and once again a wrong one. They claim 2 day shipping and its been 2 weeks.

I did the unthinkable and lost my cell phone. I knew I was riding the lawnmower on the fateful day and I had ridden my motercycle also. I looked on the roads and the phone was not to be found. I looked on the grass and the same result there, no phone.When I went to this store I was immediately helped. The salesman was extremely helpful including filing a claim to my insurance. The replacement phone arrived the very next day. I took it to the store and they moved all my information to the new phone and were very kind. I was amazed at how helpful and non-judgemental they were. Great people and good experience. (I did find my old phone and I had Run over it while cutting the grass).

A sales rep helped free up some space on my phone when I needed to update my software, but no free space. There was no wait time and by helping me, he lost out on opportunities to make sales. Courteous, friendly service.
