We wanted to love Trestlewood, we really did. Our experience started out great. We had a salesperson meet us on a Saturday which was amazing as they are normally closed. They spent ample time with us going over options, letting us explore the lumber yard and explaining next steps. We were ready to pick out our lumber and pay right then and there. We were told they would send us pictures of lumber the following week which we could choose from and then send us a bill. This was on April 13th. Fast forward two months and still not a word from them. My husband has called numerous times and been told “ they are so busy and will get to us”. Needless to say we used a competitor in Jackson, WY. who has been nothing but wonderful. Our beams and mantles are installed and look magnificent, no thanks to Trestlewood
