My wife and I have just moved to Blackfoot and bought a home out in Thomas. We have a little property and in order to maintain it, we had decided to purchase a four wheeler to help with yard up-keep and snow removal. We were looking for something used, but relatively new, or new, if the price was right. We talked with a woman who worked there and told her what we needed. She wasnt very helpful and told us to check their website. When asked if she could show us anything, she asked a gentleman, whom we assumed was either the owner, or manager. He was even less interested in helping us. He also directed us to the website. We decided to leave and go elsewhere. We ended up in Aberdeen. The owners were absolutely wonderful. They were very knowledgeable and made recommendations to fit what we needed. We spent several thousand dollars on exactly what we were looking for. Several thousand that Blackfoot Motor Sports will never see.

Wow! This place is a Gem! Saved my tail on I 15 with a flat. I am terrible with names, but these people have confidence because they know their stuff. Visit their location, you will be amazed at how much they stock! Top notch.

On a recent trip to Idaho, I found my rear tire on my Harley was almost done! I called several shops from Logan, UT to Rexburg, ID. Every shop had tires I needed but the service departments were booked. I called David at Blackfoot Motor Sports and told him my situation. He didnt even hesitate told me to come on in and he and his crew would take care of me. We rode 65 miles into Blackfoot and he had me back on the road in about an hour. This was customer service at it very finest! If you are in the Eastern Idaho area, give David and his crew your business! Solid shop! Thanks for everything.

These folks sure know how to help a long distance rider in trouble. They stayed late to help a rider competing in the 2021 iron butt rally change a severely damaged tire so they could continue their rally. Excellent! Cant say Ive been here before, but its a measure of character when a dealership takes care of motorcyclists that way. Great job!

Stopped in here on my way from Salt Lake City to Ketchum, Idaho for camping because my bike was acting up. Dave and Kenyon were incredibly helpful in checking out my bike to see if there were any problems. Thankfully there was nothing wrong and I just got to meet some nice people. Highly recommend!!!!!

BIG shout out for the service team at Blackfoot Motor Sport for bailing out a rider in the 2021 Iron Butt Rally who suffered a damaged rear tire on Day 1 and needed a replacement ASAP to stay in the event. The service team stayed after hours to accommodate the competitor, replacing her rear tire and sending on her way within 35 minutes. Touring by motorcycle is an adventure, especially when touring 11,000 miles in 11 days. Having a dedicated team like Blackfoot willing to help out can make the difference between completing your ride, and reading about someone elses ride later. Thank you, Blackfoot Motor Sports. You guys ROCK!

I had a very disappointing experience with an order. Was supposedly dropped off by usps june 3. Never showed up. Followed by a comedy of errors. Post office said they attempted to deliver it to an address that didnt exist. Sent it back to Blackfoot. Checked the paperwork. My order address was correct. Seems to be a usps error. Contacted Blackfoot. Said they shipped to the address they were given. Last i heard from them.

A guy has to have a local motorsports shop and this place is great! Knowledgeable and friendly already bought my first vehicle!

Service department is great but so busy the wait time is 2 weeks to a month but I guess theyre having growing pains. Going to be the motor sport center that is needed for Blackfoot.

I’ve only been here once but was pleasantly content with the visit. Clear open store with plenty of motor sports merchandise; though not all encompassing. They seem to allow animals inside as well. Prices seemed fair. My dad sent me to pick up a couple bolts for his four-wheeler. Despite the fact they did not sell bolts (as in bags on shelves), they have spares parts for work they do on ATVs. After a short wait while they looked, they found what he needed and only charged $2 - which by comparison at ACE...would have been much much higher.

10/10 customer service! The manager helped me strap my bike to my trailer and I got a free shirt! They charged a reasonable rate for a compression check and sorted out a carb issue before I left. Great staff!

Called and told them the bike is overheating, the guy said they will do a radiator flush and I asked them to also check the battery. They called and said its not overheating and the battery is good. Went to.pick it up and the bike wont start, left it there and came back after they replaced a 2 year old battery, we drove it home, and the bike instantly started over heating. Called them and they said nothing was ever said to them about overheating which was a lie, not to mention the receptionist is EXTREMELY rude. $330.00 later and just a new battery. Now on to a real CanAm dealership to pay out more money.

Just bought a used 2008 Ninja ZX-10R from these guys. It was a very good and painless experience for me. The staff was very welcoming and kind. They answered all of my phone calls and responded to all of my questions. They were very honest and laid out every disclosure upfront. If a sales rep didnt know something he/she wasnt afraid to admit it and ask someone or look it up. They were very personable and made me feel valued as a customer. I was pleasantly surprised when I actually wasnt smashed with a ton of expensive fees or prep costs. They delivered my bike to my house after hours for only 50 bucks (most places charge $100 or more) and I live an hour away. For a smaller dealership these guys went above and beyond for me. I would totally do business with them again.

Discovered a tire in need of replacing while on a trip around Idaho. Called when they opened, they had a tire to install. Dropped the bike off, and was offered the use of a truck to go to the potato museum. New tire installed in an hour or so, and back on the road. Thanks for the prompt and professional service.

I live about 20 minutes away and Im disabled kinda hard for me to travel at times. I called them the first guy was rude and seem like he didnt care. I was looking at one of there machines they had online but it was a consignment. I asked if they could call the person and present my offer to them and if they said yes Id head that way. Guy said no just come look at it again I reminded him of my situation and he just said come look at it. Called back going to get some one else and I did it was a lady. She didnt care either.

Worst experience ever I’ve ever had bought a bike from these guys rode it 500 miles and my tank just about fell off 2 of the 4 bolts to hold the tank on were GONE the remaining 2 bolts were hanging on by 1-2 threads called them to ask them if they would fix it for me and work it out I told them I was very disappointed what if I’m my wife was with me and we wrecked?? Was a total ass hole about the problem told me there was no problems when it left the store I literally had this tighten 3 bolts when i bought it that were already loose before leaving the store obviously they never went through the bike. The computer for the ignition was missing the straps and was falling out as wellVery disappointed with DAVID personally and with his business my family will never buy anything from his business ever again. Very disrespectful to me and personally would have never bought anything from him if I would have read his reviews first. Nice and polite staff. Was upfront and honest when I stopped by and asked about their services and what they had to offer.

Have taken my 4 wheeler there to be fixed twice, for fuel leakage problems. Spent over $600.00. Still wasnt right, ended up taking it to my auto mechanic.

Awful service, after finding a much better deal with another local store, the Blackfoot motor sports staff was very snottyI took my tire in the next day to have it put on and they refused their service claiming a new policy (out of their Ass I might add) that doesnt allow them to install tires that arent bought at the store.Wouldnt recommend wasting your money on piss poor service and gettin ripped off anyway.

Horrible online Service. Ordered a part needed for weekend trip and payed Priority to receive it. Showed 15 in stock when I ordered, had to call the day before it was supposed to arrive as it showed that it had not been shipped yet. Told that the item sold out and it would be shipped priority when back in stock. Horrible customer Service as I got no email or call to tell me out of stock so I could try and out source the part from someone else. dont trust their online or Ebay store. Spend your money somewhere else.

Horrible service. They couldnt answer one question about the bike I wanted, They couldnt find accessories that were included with bike after I bought it, and much much more. They are one of the most unprofessional businesses I have ever come across. I have a warranty on my bike but would never trust them to work on it if something went wrong. Stay away at all costs!
