I ordered a customized butcher block for my kitchen. It turned out great! It fit perfect. Couldnt ask for a better group of salespeople. They are so helpful. Best furniture store in the Tulsa area! They carry great quality furniture with a very broad selection as well. Sales representatives don’t stalk you, but are quick to answer any questions you might have. They also shoot you straight and don’t sugar coat anything just to get a sale. I have purchased all my furniture from them over the course of 20 years! They are also family owned and operated. I highly recommend them over any other furniture store in the Tulsa area!

We found just the sofa design we wanted, had it covered with our custom fabric of choice, and had it delivered and set in place in our living room with no problems whatsoever (other than the delay on the factory’s end, due to the Corona virus shutdown, which was not their fault!) Kristi was so pleasant to work with and helped us every step of the way. We would definitely buy furniture from these folks again.

Amazing atmosphere! Low pressure! I can’t stand walking into a furniture store and feeling smothered. The owners are the most friendly people I have ever met. If they don’t have what you want, just ask and they can get it. You won’t be disappointed! Trust me!

Expensive and poor selection.

We’ve bought from NCFM for 20 years. You can’t go wrong shopping here. We ordered furniture mid June and didn’t expect it for awhile due to Covid affecting shipping! However this fabulous company is doing all they can to get special orders here in a timely manner. Guess what it all arrived in less than a month some items took less than 2 weeks. I’m so excited and very pleased with what we ordered.

Weve purchased two recliners from North Carolina Furniture Mart this year; one in June and the second in October. Since the most recent one was a custom fabric, we were told it would take up to eight weeks. Our sales person, Brenda, immediately offered us a loaner chair to use while we waited! Weve never had a service like that with other stores. To our surprise, we received a call that our chair was ready for delivery in only three weeks! The quality furniture and excellent customer service will keep us returning in the future.

Manufacturer delays will impact your choices, not the stores fault.

I bought two camel back sofas from North Carolina in 1997, raised four boys on them and 17 years later decided it was time to replace them. In 2014 I ordered two sofas from North Carolina Furniture. They werent cheap, but I had been so happy with my previous ones that the extra cost for the quality and durability was worth it to me. I also paid for a fabric upgrade. Sofas arrived, looked great. Cushions were like concrete; I was told these were the cushions that came with the sofa. However, before purchasing I was shown sofas that had the same basic components, and the cushions were not the same. After several back and forths, and my refusal to pay yet another $300 in order to get the cushions I was led to believe I was purchasing, they replaced the cushions. A year later, give or take, the upgraded fabric started to pill and threads started coming loose. I called North Carolina several times and was told someone (cant recall the name) would get in touch with me. Never happened. I eventually gave up. The sofas are now five years old and although they are structurally sound, they look like they are 50 year old thread bare couches. If I remember correctly I paid nearly 3k for each sofa. My old sofas are still being used by my sister and look better than the newer ones. So merely five years later I either need to replace very expensive sofas or have them recovered. Evidently the only upgrade in the fabric was the price, not the quality.

Awesome selection of high quality furniture. This is not cheap but definitely worth the money. Love the people but my sectional is awesome. It took about 10 weeks for it to be ready after we customized our order and then they brought it right in.

This was our first purchase at North Carolina Furniture, and we were very pleased! It is a small family owned business that really offers a personal touch. Very helpful and friendly, without the pushy salespeople.

This place rocks they are helpful in all areas . The customer service goes beyond. Where else can you pick your frame fabric leather or your wood type stain and size or shape of your tables. Great place to shop....

High quality, unique furniture at a reasonable price. Awesome service before and after the sale. Wife and I made several trips looking at and eventually choosing many pieces. All of the staff that we dealt with were patient, knowledgeable and low pressure.Also, I like buying from a locally owned and operated business.

Updated review.My husband and I ordered a bedroom set from here back in May. We received our dresser and 2 night stand about 9weeks after ordering them, we were told 6-8weeks. The dresser and one night stand had a small nick in them so they sent someone out to repair them. But no bed. We were told the bed was on back order, however no one even bothered to call and tell us till they called to see if they could go ahead and deliver the dresser and two night night stand. Fast forward 3months and we are just now getting our bed. At first they weren’t going to compensate for the inconvenience and then we finally got them to knock $400 off. While the furniture is nice and I’m happy with it we will not be buying furniture from this store again.

Been shopping here for years now because they have the triple bottom line: a vast selection of high quality furniture, outstanding customer service, and reasonable prices. Love the way they custom design furniture as well. They are simply an exceptional furniture store in every way!!

Chris and Kristi were amazing! I went in hoping to find a set of dining chairs, walked out with an amazing dining set at an awesome price. Went to pick it up a few hours later and Chris offered to follow me home and help me unload it, but then his drivers got back and he had them deliver it for me! Best experience Ive ever had at furniture store! Will definitely be going back again and cant recommend them enough! Product selection varied but all beautiful and very well... We stopped back in, and they asked us if the set we bought had fit our space, and remembered me and my wife. They made us customers for life!

I am so disappointed that all of the furniture we bought says “Made in China”! I paid “made in the USA” prices. Won’t do that again !

Found a sectional I really liked at Sunshine furniture. They offered free designer services at sunshine so I asked him to come to my home to help me decide what size would fit my room best. He made the appointment and didn’t show up. So after a couple of phone calls with no response from him or Sunshine Furniture, I found that NCFM offered the same brand. NCFM could not have been more helpful. And BONUS!!! The price for the SAME SECTIONAL was $1000 cheaper than Sunshine. Soooooo.... I will shop Only NCFM from now on.

After purchasing furniture there, North Carolina Furniture Mart is the ONLY place I will ever buy furniture! The sales staff is second to none in assisting with any questions before the sale and after! Any problem or concern is handled quickly and professionally. They are always there to help! Their furniture is the highest quality and they offer tons of custom ordered things as well. The sales people are not paid on commission like Mathis Brothers, so you dont have to deal with high pressure salespeople (thank god). This store offers furniture that will last a lifetime. I have received better customer service there than any other furniture store in my life and I have recommend this store to all my friends and family!!!!

Never been to a place that DIDNT want to sell me furniture like this one. Asked where the sectionals were. Salesperson points and tells me the other room. No sectionals there. No salesperson either. Go back to the front and tell her this. She says oh, oops. Its been a busy day (store is empty). Then proceeds to say itll be 8-10 weeks to order one!

At NCFM they are very eager to sell, but service after the sell has no meaning to them. I have made more than a half dozen calls to have warranty work done on 3 new chairs. Seems these expensive pieces of furniture had a flaw from the factory and once NCFM made the sell they have no intent to honor or help with any warranty expressed.Buyer beware if you have any expectations of high quality furniture that functions as it is intended.I will be taking by buying dollars elsewhere!

Ordered a piece of furniture from them they said 7 weeks its been 11 weeks they told him is there after 7 weeks we went to get it or pay the rest off I said it wasnt in would be another 2 weeks and adopt being 3 weeks sent the wrong piece now have to Wait for them to ship another piece who knows how long that will B will not give money back So we will not be back after that
