Always top service QT has a very high standard for service and they make sure not only that the standard is kept but that the employees Always have a can do attitude the most amazing business model to only get better with each passing year size doesnt factor in onthis corporations operations still ran like it was the only store. Stop by this location everyday before work. Store is always clean. People are nice and friendly. Until today when i ordered a pretzel and a personal pizza for lunch for work today and the girl behind the counter had an attitude and was slamming things around and didnt look like she wanted to be there today. Made my pizza and put toppings on it i didnt want. I hope she has a better day.

Taquitos were not on the right roller grill. Wanted steak and cheese but ended up with pepper jack (even though I grabbed from the steak and cheese). Didn’t realize till I got home to eat them. Thanks QT, maybe next time you should pay me to do your employees jobs.

Its very clean and the staff seem quite friendly. However, when we got frozen drinks today the frozen horchata tasted more like creamy iced tea and the frozen hot chocolate tasted heavily of coffee. We drink neither coffee or tea, and I am, in fact, allergic to coffee. If were in the area we might stop in for gas, but I wont be getting frozen drinks here again.

If a manager of a store doesn’t have a The patient to work with customer so maybe she just needs to stay and clean the floor or restroom or some thing without have to be 1 on 1 with custom. shame on you !!!

Relief Assistant refused to properly wear a mask during a freaking pandemic. When confronted he turned his back and said “have a nice day.” Won’t be back to this location. Since when did QT start representing recklessness?

They barely put any pork on my pulled pork sandwich, it was mostly bun and no pork. Very upset .

I thought that facemasks were mandatory....BUT, I suppose not for the employees. I saw 3 QT workers, including the 1 in the kitchen area, and none of them wore a facemask. Not 1. This was this evening, maybe 5 minutes prior to posting this lacking review.

I’m a regular at this QT. It’s really clean, and the food is always freshly prepared and delicious.The workers are always friendly and there to greet me when I walk in. Laura is the most friendly and outgoing! She makes the store feel even more lively when she’s there.

So tired of going in to get tea & ALL of the tea machines are being “cleaned” & new tea is being “made”.Can you not do one side at a time & stay on task & get them done?

Love this QT! I love the double bacon blt wrap from the kitchen SO good. only thing that is a little off putting is Laura the cashier yelling across the store at all the workers. everyone else is really nice though :-)

I go to quick trip pretty regularly. I have been to some good ones and I have been to some bad ones. Usually in the worse parts of the city. Fortunately, this QT is managed very well and kept up pretty good. The Pizza is great and you can get a large for about $10 which is better then many pizza joints.

Their Diet Coke always seems to be working with a good water to syrup blend where many locations it is out of order often. The kitchen has a nice variety of hot foods and is always quick with my order. The staff always seems friendly.

Love this new location. Great staff. Always clean. Nice QT kitchen. Easy in and out.

I’m here almost every morning for my usual morning breakfast item or drink. Always clean and friendly attendants. No other gas station beats QT’s level of excellence.

Nobody was wearing masks. Not even the person making food in the kitchen. There is signs on the door saying that masks are suggested for customers, and it wasnt enforced in any way, not even for the employees.

A bit pricy but good selection of snacks when I want something different. Staff there is nice and the gas prices are fair.

Really bad service last time Ill ever go to QT. Worker kept his back turned to me then would help me and kept calling for a Logan to help him. Treated customers like they were nothing. From now on Im going to Kum&go.
