11-6-21Weve changed our 3 star to a 5 star because everyone that we have worked with has been amazing. With Covid we did run into an issue ((which was posted on here)) and it was just frustrating!!! But someone did reach out to us immediately after. It was a misunderstanding. The sales rep, Marshall, was very patient especially during my frustrations, and answered all questions no matter how small, considering this is our first home purchase. If u take covid away from the equation it has been so smooth. WHEN I would recommend centennial homes and go speak to Marshall... he is amazing. weFIRST REVIEW AND HOPING TO CHANGE THIS TO A MUCH BETTER ONE!! Me and my husband are currently getting a home from centennial. I understand that with covid things are a little crazy but right now I thought we were in the home stretch, however we have no clue because everyone has fallen on what they said what and when it was going to happen, without giving us a call or having a hel time getting someone to answer or get a call back. We are really hoping to change a 2.5 stars to a 5 star, but we will see. Just really frustrated.

I have been working with centennial for over 20 years hauling their homes and have always had an amazing interaction with all the people here in Bismarck. When going to sites with the homes have had lots of great feed back from the customers also. Would highly recommend checking with them if your looking to purchase a home!

I personally have been working with Centennial Homes for at least over 10 years. Through many trials, errors, roadblocks and frustrations that come along with purchasing a home, Marshall has stuck with us and provided all the answers to our questions without the salesman pitch, hes always been straight forward, down to earth and easy to work with. Through our long impatient journey Marshall was always there to assist when wed have to start the process over again. We were able to finally choose a home that will suit our financial and family needs with the intentions of upgrading later on in the future in which we will be calling up Marshall when that time comes to get us through the process again. Its been quite a journey but weve received great customer service in finding whats best for our family thanks to Centennial Homes and especially Marshall for being so patient and helpful.

The prices for a home from here are a absolute joke... a person is better off looking at new construction homes they are cheaper rn then these.

Our housing journey took a strange route. Rather than having a realtor bring us to a house. We are needing a house brought to us. Literally. We figured it wouldnt hurt to stop by and check out what a housing option through Centennial could do for us. Having dealt with various companies and individuals I admittedly had my expectations set low. Having been used to disappointing discussions and quite honesty lack of consideration for us as potential customers. But I was quickly surprised with the professionalism that greeted us as soon as we walked through the door. No appointment booked we were welcomed and instantly felt treated with value. Not for one second did I feel like I was an inconvenience. Or as if I had interrupted important work. I felt valued. And taken seriously. Lori was extremely processional and it did not take long for her expertise to shine through. I felt comfortable touring the show homes. At ease not awkward. She was ready to answer any questions. Knew her numbers. And how to relate to our particular situation and match a home to that need with numbers in mind. It was enough to make us feel comfortable continuing to pursue a purchase and hopefully between our hard work and Loris as well as the other individuals of Centennial, I have no doubts we could finally reach a goal of adding the house to our property. Because goals arent reached alone. And we certainly wont be alone on this journey. Thank You Centennial Homes! We look forward to a journey with you someday, someway, somehow!

Our sales rep was amazing and helpful but the service dept and set up of our home were terrible. We haven’t even lived here a year and it has soooo many issues and the service people never call us back. I can’t imagine they would set up a home this badly for their lot so why didn’t they do that quality of work on a home someone will have to live in.

Honestly after these last 3 weeks I wouldn’t recommend this place. Terrible absolutely terrible customer service. Especially when your a first time home buyer. You would think a company that had sold you a brand new home could return a simple phone call. Not impressed at all. As soon as my house is done I don’t plan on dealing with this place ever again.

Whitney was really easy to work with and there are great options at centennial homes. Didnt quite fit our square footage home and price point, but would definitely recommend for others.

I understand with everything going on in the world, things are slow and life is rough! My mom and I have been working with a gal from Bismarck and starting out she was good and answered our questions right away. Than it was days I mean days before she would get back to me on any concerns we had. I had to literally bug and bug to get anything answered. I tried going to Williston but the guy ghosted my mom twice. So no I would not recommend them, or at least the 2 I talked with!Yes please look into this!

Bought a used home that was in great condition, by the time it was set up it was a disaster. They pieced trim together that wasn’t even the same color, they sent 3 different guys to fix the other guys mistakes. They didn’t schedule the guy that actually knew what he was doing on the job long enough so he got half of what he needed to get fixed, done. It has been a horrible experience, I have lived in it for 2 months. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

I purchased a used home from Centennial Homes in 2012. The staff was amazing to work with. I was on a serious deadline due to my landlord taking back ownership of the house I was renting. They worked with me every step of the way. The entire process was quick and smooth. They were quick to solve any problems I had. Definitely would recommend Centennial Homes to anyone looking to purchase a Manufactured home!

Their sales staff helped us through the process of choosing and purchasing our new home. Our salesman and their service team were excellent. They guided us through the process from selecting options and ordering our home to explaining requirements for our site as we prepared the location for our home. The delivery and completion of our home was impressive and their workers very knowledgeable. All around a professional operation.

Great staff and super easy to work with. We bought our home in a pinch due to finding mold in our previous trailer. They were excellent in getting our trailer out and the new one on our lot as quickly as time could allow. There are a lot more moving parts involved that I previously knew about but they did a great job keeping up up to date all the time

My sons have a small rental business. They purchased a almost new repossessed mobile home from centennial homes that was supposed to be in excellent condition. When electrician hooked up the power, nothing worked. The previous owner had cut all the wires going to the breakers in the fuse box.The skirting that was installed blew off, poor installation. The Ac unit was not properly disconnected before move and was full of dirt. Had to purchase new Ac unit.So beware of purchasing any used home from this company as they will not stand behind used inventory. Especially ask if home has been repossessed as there could be unseen damage that you will have to pay for yourself.Very disappointed in the managers response when I talked with him.I would advise to hold back at least 10 percent of purchase price until unit it set up and everything is operational.

Centennial I would highly recommend for anyone, Especially first time home buyers. Not only did they help walk us threw the Process of buying a new home, they where there when we had any questions or complaints. I’m completely satisfied with the home we have now and the service we received from centennials employees.

I purchased a manufactured home from Centennial Home Sept 2015 dont finance the home. Of course there was problems with it. When they put the double wide together you can see where it was put together. The back screen door hardly hatches. The floor on the dining room had a 3/4 dip by the Windows and glue on the floor. So they sent a repair person out to fix the floor and get the glue off. Well the glue will not come off!! He cut the vinyls floor and put wood filler and then pushed it back. We dont live in the home all the time. Well we came in August and saw the vinyl flooring is rolling up😟. We called them to come and repair it again, sent someone out and said they could come out to fix it! Well were still waiting!!!!

(3-7-19)Our home is less than 2 years old. The crew that set it up was fired shortly after setup. The texturing was terrible throughout the home, bubbles all over on fake vinyl, exterior made loud noises in faucet that CH wasnt able to fix so I fixed it, holes in floor near drain pipes, microwave was replaced, stove was replaced, water heater went out twice, furnace stopped first winter needed repairing, toilets are old style and were replaced plumber told us they were cheap no issues since replacing them, setup crew literally put the patio door on upside down so the lock was on the outside, the electrician told us all the outlets and switches have cheap blade type connectors and would likely need to be replaced with normal screw connector switches and outlets and to keep an eye out for burn marks around them, all the screen doors are very low quality as are the door knobs throughout the house and will need replacing, we ordered the best carpet pad they offer (which according to Carpet World is not that great) but they put in the worst one we didnt notice until we were moved in so were stuck with that forever (CH did refund us $1147.00 for that mistake), the service guy that we actually like a lot told us even the best windows they sell are still not very good. Our salesperson (who oddly also has a 5-star review on this list of reviews??) told us CH only sells Friendship homes because they are the best, Id hate to see the worst? For a new home at the price we paid I expected much better, but its also our fault for not being more critical of the quality. When you go into the model homes make sure you know if what you are looking at is the upgraded version of everything or the cheaper versions. I would also recommend looking at your home prior to it being delivered and make sure everything you paid for is included regardless of what dealer you buy a modular home/trailer from. Also, I would like you to request that the 3 people at the bottom of this review list also give details as to why they give CH a 5-star rating.(3-9-19)You are free to contact me at any time via phone to discuss this post or the details in it.

The salespeople are very wonderful & listen to their customers. The SERVICE department is AWFUL !! They set our trailer but didnt level it and blamed it on frost when it was set in November when there was no frost and the weather was still very nice. We have to pay someone to re-level our trailer because they wont listen or help fix it.The sinks leaked, the dryer wasnt vented to the outside, the shut off valves leaked, the steps they gave us were too short to get into the trailer, they screwed up the light switches so an electrician had to come and fix them. The trailer was not cleaned when we got the keys, which they didnt bring to the bank we had to go and get them. They told us everything had been fixed but when we got the keys we realized they had not been fixed.I would never ever recommend Centennial Homes to anyone who would ask me where they should buy a mobile home. We will never buy another home from them. It will cost us additional money this summer to get our home re-leveled.
