Big shout out to the staff and installers at Pacific Sound and Video. From starting with Mike coming to my home to design my theatre to the pricing of everything I needed, he had it covered. Price was great! Today the installers came and Chad and his helper did a great job. Very professional. They cleaned up as good or better then when they got here. Communication to me on how to run my system was awesome. They hooked up my wii and PlayStation and Roku too. Thank you all for making this happen!

Wow I am really surprised I actually was going to get auto DVD player and all speakers at Best Buy and have them installed but I considered Pacific Sound and omg it was a really bad mistake. Save the long story and lets get to it. I had a DVD player installed and it did not play dvd, the tech made an educated decision to not connect the wires that allowed me to watch dvds; that is exactly what he told me. So when I called to have it fixed I had to make an appointment later the week and once I got there the tech told me he would charge me $75 to connect the wire to the car so I can watch movies. it should have been done the first time; I am not going to pay you more money to do the job which should have been done initially; so after explaining to desk clerk I will not pay a single dollar for anymore labor he agreed it should be free. I come back later the week and they get it correct. Well two days later Im upgrading my reverse lights in my trunk where I realized my back right speaker was not even connected so I called to the office to let them know and I got a run around then I was told they would contact me to fix it. Well I was never contacted so I basically went online to find out how to do it myself; I should be getting some money back for my labor, I will never go to that place again. I actually went to them because I thought they perhaps would be more experienced than Best Buy; wow $700 bad experience

I had an item installed in my car. Whilei waited I was impressed with the showroom and the service the other customers got. This is not a big jox store, but one that will hook you up with what you need, or just what you are looking for.

Great Audio and sound. They did a pretty spiffy job on my Toyota a few years back. Really helpful staff. Down a star because they could have spent some time putting dynamat in or at least consulting me about it, always a rattle and that really makes me enjoy it less.

New to area. current home was pre-wired but missing electronics. was referred to Jamie and his staff from several neighbors. Jamie came out with a team of installers and they completed the work just in time for thanksgiving. prices were less than the big box, which i was not expecting. the tech left his cell number in case i had questions, which was a bonus!

It was a little bit expensive but they got the job done professionally, and also good customer service. They were honest and straight forward which I respect. I will be going back to them for business in the future without a doubt.

Highly overpriced with mediocre serve, at best, charged me $80 to program a remote they sold me and even their techie had a difficult time. They failed to tell me about the charge until my bill came in the mail. Before that, they preformed a very poor surgical performance on a stereo install for my Jeep. Each time they made no offer to resolve the situation other than starring at me like deer caught in the headlights Also, I have found many of their product lines elsewhere for a significantly lower price.

2004 GTO. Had a radio installed, they broke my factory radio removing it, scratched the trim around the radio, wired the radio wrong (it has no memory), and didnt hook up steering wheel controls, I returned same day obviously frustrated. Was told my car was old, so my next choice of words wasnt the best, but it was not uncalled for. Was then told to leave and that I wasnt welcomed back. Pathetic.

Awesome company to work with! We needed some help the day we moved into our new home, called Al at Pacific Sound, and within 30 minutes he was at our home helping us to get our TVs setup and 30ft HDMI cables run through our conduit to the tvs. Dana was there to help the same day and stopped back the next morning with a remote that basically will work from anywhere in our home. Thanks for the service Pacific Sound! I would, and do, highly recommend Pacific Sound.
