This Office Depot has all the office supplies you could EVER need. Used the print and copy services and was very satisfied. The staff is very willing to help!

I printed out 11 pages and didnt have a good experience last week there. I used to print documents for myself there but now they are charging $2.50 for service just for printing a few pages that takes less than 2 minutes. And the GM checked me out and was complaining about his job and a little rude with me. All the other times I went there to print out papers for myself, the staff was excellent and very very nice to me. Way to go staff. Ill be praying for everyone that works there. I will not be returning to buy my printer there.

Amazing staff, great selection, and they will price match. The print center can basically put color on anything in any size, although larger projects may take awhile or be sourced from their main print center, but I hear they have done entire building sidings before!!!If you are looking for a convenient place to shop, a good selection of products and services, and friendly staff; Office Depot is your destination. If you havent give it a try.

Needed some loan docs faxed and scanned and Sean was super helpful! Took care of everything! Super competent and friendly! I live in Oklahoma but would go out of the way to use this store again!

3 weeks and waiting for a chair they supposedly had in stock. In fact, nothing is in stock...the store is near empty.

Thanks to Bismarck Store Manager who utilized my self service struggle on a small business copying/ scanning task to train an employee. She waived any additional service fee given my self service struggle. How kind!

Professional customer service and very attentive.

I rarely have stepped foot in this store because it is out of the way for me. I now have been there 3 times this week alone because of the great service and friendly team members! The other office suppliers can not even compare service wise. I will always drive a little out of my way just because of their great service and friendly atmosphere! Keep up the great work!

Extremely disappointed after multiple visits. Terrible communication stills. Upon multiple occasions I have had to leave the store and come back because the staff on the floor could not assist me and the manager on duty had zero urgency to come out of the back office.Pricing on printing definitely varies depending on who is working the copy and print center. Never consistent with pricing, timeline, and pick up location. As stated above I have had to come back multiple times to pick up my order due to poor leadership and the inability to communicate where print orders for pick up are located.Team definitely needs to work on professionalism as well as communication with each other as well as customers.Would never recommend for any printing needs instead use FLASH PRINTING they are locally owned and have outstanding customer service.

Great place foe office supplies! We like that we can recycle old ink cartridges for credit.

They actually have a good selection but the building is a bit run down, and the location is also a bit run down. Once you get inside, though, there are lots of office and computer items and plenty of space.

Terrible Service!!! Just taking all your money, dont trust yo those guys! I just needed to make a copies of some papers and that guy charged me 14c per page I read of telling me that I can make on my own for 12c or use their help for 14c. Then he charged me for scan 2$ and said that I cant make for 14c when I could make a regular copy cheaper by myself. Very disappointment on that customer service I ended up paying like 20$ instead of couple bucks for the copyies
