Thats the worst store i ever heard. My daughter bought a dress there for the prom last week and she and her father doesnt speak english. The dress doesnt zip of the back well and i call today telling the employee that if she could return it because it doesnt fit her and the employee said that she could not return it because it was final sale, but they didnt told her by there own voice that it couldnt return and she had no courtesy and was rude treating a customer like that and i will never recomend nobody to this store. Its the worst store i ever heard.

This place will go out of business treating customers the way they do. I was looking at a dress for a pageant that I’m in. She took the dress out of my hand and hung it up and walked away. While i was still looking at it. Didn’t ask me if i needed help just took it out of my hand and walked away from me. Worst customer service I’ve experienced.

I brought a lot of items, literally a tote full. It had to have weighed 25 pounds. Was given attitude by the owner when I brought them in. Was told I would receive a call when she was done reviewing my items. NEVER received a call. I showed up three hours later, only to find my items in the same spot I left them in and was told, “she decided not to buy anything today.” Seriously, do not waste your time at this store. Plato’s Closet or Clothes Mentor will buy more items even if they don’t pay you much for them. Avoid this store!

I ran into the store this weekend looking for a very last minute dress for a formal event. Two sales associates assisted in helping me find the perfect dress in under 10 minutes! It was a great price and even had the original price tag still on! Because of their quick help, I manged to make it to my event on time and received so many compliments on the dress!

Great store. Ive only heard positive things from people who have brought there clothing there. She only takes clothing 2 years old and newer. So you all that give bad reviews know that you brought older clothing and thats why she doesnt accept it. Why do you think shes been in business as long as she has?

Posted stuff that they needed/wanted so i brought expensive stuff in and they took nothing. The stuff was literally still in good quality with no rips, tears, stains or anything!! Took good care of this stuff and they wouldn’t take my scrubs when it says they want them on the website!

Unorganized and horrible customer service! Brought in several new brand name jeans I ordered online that didnt fit me and was told itll take a few minutes to look them over so I could shop around whilst. She didnt even go through the whole bag. I watched her iron some random pair of pants then check on an item on a rack with a sales associate then called me over a minute later. Dont waste your time!!!

At first they seemed nice. But the associates proceeded to follow me around the store, not even bothering to offer me any customer service! I just felt discriminated and frustrated! Rudest staff ever!

Pretty good, I think some people there should work on customer service a bit though. She seemed to be very annoyed by my son.

This is my favorite place to go the young cowgirl there is so kind and friendly.... Everytime I have gone in there they are super helpful and always cheery!

Asked me to give them 20 minutes to look over my items and spent around 3 minutes looking at everything I brought in. Told me all of my BRAND NEW items were too worn. I took them to platos closet who bought everything no problem.

Repeat Performance was one of the worst clothing experiences I have ever had. Their buying and selling is ridiculous. If anyone is trying to sell their prom dress skip this establishment as they are unfair in the price they offer you. If anyone is looking to purchase second hand clothing note that their clothing is stained, over worn, and over priced. How they are still in business is beyond me.

Horrible.. They wouldnt buy my name brand clothes because they were used... And I never worn them they have been sitting in my closet.. I Will never go there again I will be going to Platos closets frrom now on

Curious what the guidelines are for buying clothes and how they decide on a Price to offer.. left feeling insulted.

Terribly rude management; they lied about not having clothes we left with them to sell; extremely overpriced.
