The whole vibe of this store is just uncomfortable. workers are rude, they stare, they whisper. I’ve never been in there without feeling judged by every single person in the store. Clothes are wayyy too overpriced and not even that good of quality. There has been multiple occasions where I’ve bought something from this store and it was either damaged when I bought it or got damaged within a few days of owning it. Not worth the money. Thank you, next.

Absolutely love this place, workers are amazing. They are always willing to help you. The mood of the store and everything has changed. Atlantis is such an amazing help. She helped me with all my Christmas shopping for my granddaughters!

I’ve only been in this store a couple of times. I have never had a good experience. Some of the workers just glare at you. The managers are just snotty and rude to there coworkers. Some of the workers are just straight up snotty to the customers. The only way I go into this store is with my friends. Even then we don’t stay in there long.

I do love the selection pacsun has to offer, however i definitely think customer service is an issue. I was nothing but kind to the girl who rang me up, as she compleatly ignored everythig I said. Then her friends walked in the store, and instead of waiting until she was done with me, she started having a full conversation with the. Then she finished ringing me up she said nothing to me, so i just said thank you and left.I just found this very rude because, it wasnt busy at all, I was one of the only people in the store, she didnt pay attention to me of any of the questions I still had to ask her, and this is only one bad experience out of may Ive had here. Ive worked in retail a long time, and I know this is not how you treat costomers.
