Upon receiving my order my chocolate covered strawberries were frozen, and the texture of them was not good. The leaves on the strawberries themselves were browning and I was over all very disappointed. My sweet husband bought them for me for Valentine’s Day and we both feel like they were a huge waste of our money.

Looks like the store is under new management and ownership now. The new owners are wonderful!! They are often present and seem to care very well for their store and customer satisfaction. Staff is very friendly and attentive. The quality of the fruit and presentation was so beautiful. Money well spent!!

We ordered a tray of chocolate dipped strawberries with a pineapple heart center. The fruit was very fresh, sweet and delectable. My family thoroughly enjoyed our edible arrangement.

Rude! Not impressed with service. I ordered online and arrived at the appointed time to pick up my order. The order had never been entered.They did say that their system does do that sometimes but it could’ve been my fault too. This wasn’t part that upset me. They said they needed about two hours to complete the order. I was in town and this was the only thing I had yet to do but I figured I could go do a little shopping. The lady went in the back and I wrote out my card for the arrangement and then another lady came back and I asked if they could call or text me when the order is ready just incase it’s done early and I don’t have to wait in town. She said that they couldn’t call. Then she asked if they give me a time when my order would be ready and I said, “yes, she said about 3 to 330. The woman threw her hands in the air and she said “well, that’s when it’ll be done.” Okaaaay then! Last order I’ll place here.

Got a great Birthday arrangment for the wife! It was full of great fruits and chocolates that she loved!

I have never had this bad of customer service. There were only two ladies running the counter and on a very busy day (Valentines Day) seemingly overwhelmed with their duties. One would think they would staff their business appropriately and stock their inventory knowing this day they receive extra business. As soon as my husband, my three year old and myself entered we were rudely asked if we had an order already placed, we replied no. We were then told if we wanted to place a future order it wouldn’t be ready until at least 5:30 pm- it’s before noon at this time. I then asked my daughter if she wanted a smoothie, again the lady rudely stated their smoothie bar was closed and that it was stated on their small sign out front. Another customer must have felt our similar frustrations and she too left, annoyed. Seems like this place is losing a lot of business and repeat business and could really be capitalizing on days like today, not turning them down.

Love the fruit choices and bouquets etc. But very pricey.

They were literally out of fruit. I’m not kidding. They had 0 strawberry’s.

If youre going to charge a premium for a couple of strawberries, your customer service needs to seriously improve! Why order online to pick up in store if I have to wait 20 minutes to get it once Im at the store?? You need more than 1 person out front helping. When I was here to pick up, there was 12 people standing in line to pick up!

Got our delivery to business office on a Friday at 4:30. Left by the door. Found it on Monday when we arrived to the office. Needless to say...
