Even though we live 273 miles away, the trip to Theel Toyota was everything we hoped it would be plus more. Though I do have to say if it wasnt for Bradley, we would have never made the trip!!Our deal with the dealership started by chatting via text with Bradley. He was quick to reply, extremely courteous, kind, and even connected with us on a personal level. After arriving to the dealership, we were greatest warmly and after a couple hours, we were talking with multiple people like we were long time friends. Im from out of state and my Rav4s plastic engine cover was falling off due to a couple missing bolts (a different location Toyota dealer had forgotten to replace them). I asked if I could stop in and get the screws put on or if they could tell me what size and they told me to come on in. They had my problem fixed and out the door quickly and were very kind. Dealer looks like its going out of business with their skeleton inventory. I had a vehicle I didnt need. I called ahead to see if they were interested in buying vehicles at trade cost. The sales rep said yes and to come by and talk to a sales manager. I wasted time following these instructions only to be told to get lost by owner Justin Theel. Didnt even bother looking at my vehicle. No wonder theyre going out of business and have no staff. Im a frequent car buyer and would avoid this place like the plague in the future. Minot Toyota has better pricing anyhow.

I was far from home, and about to head on a long trip. As I started to pull out of my motel in Bismarck, the Check Engine light came on in my 21-year-old Camry. It has always been a reliable car, so that was terrifying.I remembered that there was a Toyota dealer on the East end of Bismarck. Cedric Theel took the car in even though I did not have an appointment. They quickly solved the problem, which turned out to be milder than I was imagining.When I mentioned Id planned to get an oil change before heading on the next leg of my trip, they did that too, even though I did not have an appointment.The Service Department was very professional, and I really appreciated how they snuck me in between jobs to take care of a traveler.

When I had to finally get a new car Cedric Theel made the whole process a bit easier as I am not someone who likes change too much. But Dan have me a good trade in offer I could not refuse. Cullen its a cool and respectful guy. He a good guy no complaints. They are pretty good on getting you approved. They work with you to get a good deal... they hook you up really good with full tank and supper clean inside out. Dealer its clean. But when it come to questions Cullen just gives basic answers or just says thats how the process goes. But does not give a good explanation, no concrete answers to convince me. So i think 3.5 ⭐️

I purchased a Toyota Prius here 3 years ago. When I brought the car in for repair, they never even popped the hood, never took the car into the shop and quoted me $11,000. I did not have them do the repairs since the car is barely worth that. When I picked the vehicle up the service manager told me the car was not able to be moved and I would have to call a tow truck. He was rude and not eager to help. Cody was helpful. We loaded it on our trailer and left. I will never purchase a car here or use Theel Toyota service again.

I purchased a new vehicle in 2013. The salesman correctly read my shopping style, product interests and was not pushy. Their financing did not give me their best offer initially so I found other options myself. However they fought for my business and negotiated a much better rate with Toyota. Since then the service department has been pleasant to work with and I found their prices very reasonable for a dealership. I would definitely consider purchase of future vehicles with Cedric Theel.

Oscar is your guy. I was in need of a car and was proactively searching car gurus. I found a 4Runner that perfectly matched my criteria and I didn’t even need to negotiate with Oscar. He gave me my asking price, sent me the minimal flaws that came with the vehicle, and kept in touch with me til I was able to fly in to ND to look at it. Once I got there Oscar had the paperwork ready, he did not pressure me (nor did he over the phone) about purchasing the vehicle, and he was very knowledgeable and accurate about the vehicle (he’s right, they don’t get good gas mileage!). To top it off (no pun intended) he went as far as putting a full take of gas in it for me and setting the cars clock to my states time zone!!Needless to say if you are looking for a vehicle from out of state and you need a car salesman who is trustworthy - Oscar is your guy. He completely exceeded my expectations.

Drove an hour to get a Key Code for a vehicle. The guy on the phone said he cant give it over the phone that I need to come in. Was very short and rude over the phone. Came to find out when I came into the store that they cant give out the code. Complete waste of money and time. I wouldn’t refer my dog to this store. Great experience. This our go to dealer in Bismarck as they sell a great product and have good deals. Salesman are pleasant to work with.

Overall I had a great experience, its a great area with trustworthy folks. Just a heads up though, as soon as I received my vehicle I immediately started to notice things with it that Bradley my sales representative failed to mention during the vehicle inspection or at all during the negotiations. One of the things included the large amount of rust already on and under the vehicle. Locations including throughout the front suspension of the vehicle and around some of the decals on the side of the vehicle which is very alarming considering it is only two years old. Oh and also needed to replace the battery after only a couple months.I also received the car with a half a tank of gas and little to no washer fluid...which to me is disrespectful considering the vehicle was originally listed with 29,000 miles and I received it with over 30,000. I could mention a couple of other issues but if you have made it this far in the review then you have an idea of what to look for/expect before you go in.
