By far the worst experience imaginable.We first had western products do our windows and sliding glass doors. This experience was favorable. We decided to have them do our roof, which turned out to be a very bad decision. What should typically take 2 days, took the subcontractor (since western products doesn’t do roof installs) approximately 3 weeks. Our neighbors even made a point to ask us who we used, so they wouldn’t ever use them. Left nails all over the drive way, didn’t pick up their trash, and would come at 5:30 pm and work until 10 pm. Never would I recommend Western Products for a roof job. I’ve spent over 45k with this company, only for the salesman to defer any responsibility. So this was a strong F!

The guys who installed the siding and the other crew who put in our windows did such a fantastic job. The cleaned up before they left each day while working on our home and really went the extra mile. With the nice weather yet this fall, I got to experience how really easy our new windows are to operate, heck, how easy they are to open and close for that matter. The siding color we picked looks so beautiful and our windows glisten! I LOVE IT!!! Western Products did a great job on my roof replacement and gutter replacement. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Western Products installed a patio door a couple weeks ago. They ran into a couple of problems with some water damage from the previous door. Instead of just repairing the bad spot, they tore out all of the old stuff and replaced everything with new material. I was very impressed with the quality of their work. They were courteous and efficient and worked as a team. I am very happy with the job they did.

Windows look great, stain matches the rest of our woodwork, installer was courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. We are very satisfied.

The guy who installed the window did an amazing job. Unfortunately my window was installed a month later than the date I was given.I had to keep calling to find out what where the window was and what was going on with it. I really think they’re overpriced also.

The communication about time of installment was not good . We understand things get behind but we were told end of Sept or October. No one let us know there was a delay; we would not have known about the delay if we had not called.

WP crew installed 4 exterior entry doors and storm doors. They did a great job and even corrected some pre-existing installation errors from an earlier DIY-er. Always good to go with the pros for this kind of work.

Great company, does great work, friendly staff, friendly workers. If you have problems, theyll come back and warranty the work.
