I’ve used Guardian Lock on all my lock and key needs.The door locks Guardian has in stock were excellent for my home. There locksmith did a great job on the installs even cleaned up after himself. I will be using Guardian foe all my future needs.

I am thankful for his willingness to help and stay on the project until it was done - especially on a holiday weekend - and knowing he had a few more jobs to get done that day. Jeremy and Jarod were working on getting my car key fixed ... I say task, because it really was... they not only fixed my issue but they didn’t charge me an arm or a leg... Locked myself out of my house 2 days in a row. Same gentleman showed up both times and got me in quick. I will definitely call these guys again if I need lockout service. Fast, professional, extremely friendly, even took a few min to say hi to my dog :)

I locked my keys in my car at Walmart, I called gaurdian lock and safe to come unlock my door. When the guy got there he took a slim Jim and started shoving it between the window and the inside of the door not being careful whatsoever. He ended up finally unlocking the door by wedging it open. When he was messing with the slim Jim he broke all the components that allow me to open the door from the inside so I had to climb out the passenger door. They said they would fix it so I took it in and they did just a terrible job and the door worked for a day and broke again. I ended up having to pay 80 dollars for him unlocking the door and I had to take it to a body shop and spend an extra 300 for a professional to fix my door and I didn’t even get my money back from gaurdian lock and safe. Very poor service if you ever lock your keys in your car or need anything that has to do with locks I strongly recommend NOT going to gaurdian lock and safe. Check all other options first. Again, VERY POOR SERVICE!!!

These guys are awesome. Ive had to call them twice now - once when keys were stolen at the gym, and once when I locked them in my vehicle. Both times they showed up quick, were super friendly, and got me in my vehicle fast. Great service, and I hope I dont have to call them again (for that anyway)! Thank you guys!

Absolutely great guys! Got my mailbox rekeyed a few days ago and then they were life savers today when my wife locked herself out of the house with my 1 year old daughter inside. They were to my house in no time and got us in! Thank you again to everyone at Guardian!

Great customer service, got me in the same day I called, programmed my key fob w/o issues, laser cut my key. Quick, efficient, easy to work with. Will be going back in the future for sure.

Says open 24 hours, I knew better but drove over there anyway. On a Friday at 515PM he unlocked the door, ushered me in and cut my badly needed keys for me!Excellent service, made me feel like I really wasnt putting him out.Store hours are 8-5, just FYI. 24 hour service for emergencies, lock outs etc....Ill be back again!

These guys are awesome. They have helped me out of jams several times. The keys made here always work.

Called ahead to make sure they could program my vehicle key, they said no problem. I show up 10 min later and they say some other guy has that programmer but they can try the old one. So I wait 10-15 min while they try and they come back and say it wont work but i can wait about 15 min and the other guy will be back. I say no thanks, I understand things happen but the whole reason I called ahead was to prevent this exact situation. I went to a place 15 blocks away and they took care of it instantly. The only reason this isnt a 1 star review is that the people helping me were fairly friendly through the whole process.
