The customer service here is outstanding. They meet with you in your home, are up front about costs and different options, and when the day comes for installation, their team does everything: they pull and throw out the old window or door, install and caulk to match your colors, they even install matching trim inside.When we had our door installed, we realized a few days later we didn’t like the color we chose for the trim. I made a call, and they worked to swap it out that day for a minimal charge.Our service rep, Brandon, checked in on the project all throughout the project.And the door itself is fantastic! Couldn’t recommend them enough.

We had them do a warranty on a window. They called and left a message asking if a certain date would work (it was a short notice). I get a call that they’re at my house. I never contacted the store to confirm the date. We were also trying to get the frame around our side door to match the front door. I couldn’t find the color swatch that matched and the store was not helpful. A salesman came to my house without me knowing and looked at the color of the door frame. He called me to let me know that he stopped by my house. He was very defensive and rude when I was talking to him about the situation. Poor customer service and you can’t get much replaced with the warranty, even though you can definitely tell it’s a warranty issue.

These people know what theyre doing. Professional and friendly staff. Always on time for appointments, professional & efficient installment, and competitive pricing. Multiple projects over the last several years and zero complaints. I would highly recommend Chad and his staff!

We have purchased an exterior door, a front door and sidelight, 2 patio doors, 4 large bedroom windows, a large kitchen window, a large livingroom window and a skylight from Window and Door Store. This has been completed over a couple of years. We started working with Andrew. He has moved and we began working with Chad. Both of these gentlemen have been awesome to work with. They know their job and make sure that we are happy. We, of course, have had several different installers, but all of them have been fantastic at their job! We are very happy with the quality and look of our windows! We still have a few more windows to replace. They WILL be purchased from Window and Door Store!

Would have loved to say it was a good experience and the products are top quality but that just isnt going to happen here. The guys that come out are great and very patient/understanding but things just are not resolved. We have gotten to the point we just arent going to contact this store anymore. They offer a warranty but nothing actually gets replaced, just excuses of why this and that are happening. We purchased the highest quality items they offered so we wouldnt have to deal with issues. We will not be returning customers and will take our business elsewhere for the remainder of the work to be done on our home. the installers tried their best but they cant do magic on low quality products.

Our salesman Chad Schmidt did a thorough job fitting our new window and finding a great modern window replacement for our 27 year old rotting window. The installation team did a very proffessional job and cleaned the area. Exceeded our expectations! Definitely use the Window and Door Store for our future projects!
