I loved how diligent she was in clipping the dresses so I could envision what the dress would look like when it actually fit. She was very patient and attentive and had a knack for grabbing dresses based on what I did or didnt like to help me eliminate some things and figure out what I was really looking for.Additionally White Lace also has a wide selection of styles and variations of the same styles to help you find the best dress for you.Not just 5/5 but 10/10 experience.

The crew at White Lace Bridal is incredibly professional, responsive, and sensitive to the needs of its brides and clients. I had a wonderful experience--not only from the girls who patiently zipped me in and out of dozens of dresses during their busy summer sale, but for the private attention on my private appointment with where I found my dress. Anne continued her great service, politely handling the groom and groomsmens suits, ties, and even masks. Shes a wealth of knowledge and will tell it to you straight! WLBs team is full of pros!

Horrible experience. Trying on dresses the lady helping me seem super annoyed and when we asked to try a vail on after I picked my dress she told us NO. Then looking for bridesmaids dresses no one wanted to help and the girl sitting at the front desk on her phone seemed very annoyed that she had to go downstairs to help us. Then it came to sizing and NONE of my bridesmaids dresses fit. And they told me that my bridesmaids most likely gained weight and that it was “nothing they can do”. Would not recommend this place.

White lace helped me find my dream dress! All the girls here was super helpful! When shopping for a dress they kept me on track and helped me narrow down my options. Once my dress was in, they held on to it for me until I was ready to pick it up and steamed it for me the week of my wedding to make it look perfect.

The store employees were so sensitive to my vision and helping me elevate it. I was moved by how the owner continued to put me in dresses that made me feel more and more beautiful. I wear a plus size gown, and nonetheless felt like a radiant queen the entire appointment. I am so thankful for White Lace and their dedication to satisfaction for customers and impeccable beauty in the dresses they offer.

Awful service, went there to get bridesmaid dresses and they were no help with questions and always rude about it. They measured us before we ordered our dresses and mine came back 2 sizes smaller than supposed to even though it said the right size on the tag. I didn’t realize this until I got home because they would not let me try it on in the store when it came in. The bride called back and AGAIN they were rude saying it wasn’t their problem. None of the other bridesmaids dresses were the right size either. I will not be coming here for my wedding.

I came here to try on wedding dresses. The store is very cute, and everyone we encountered was nice and helpful. I somehow was the only person in the store so they were more than happy to help me. (not sure how it is when they are busy) They have a pretty good selection of dresses and the prices are pretty reasonable. However, they were kind of pushy, not nearly as pushy as Davids Bridal though!! I understand they want to make sales but the when your choosing a dress for the biggest day of your life the last thing you want is to be pressured into buying something you arent 100% sure of. Overall great selection and store though!

My first experience with WLB was with Anne through email trying to get an appointment set up. With a time crunch and not being able to find the right appointment for me, Anne highly encouraged me to come in someday as a walk in and they would make it work! When I arrived at WLB, both ladies at the reception desk were so welcoming. I got to work with Cate and she was amazing! After hearing what my interests were, she let us pick out dresses as well as herself. Cate picked out the most perfect wedding dress for me and I think she knew it was my dress right away. After putting it on for the third time, Cate decided to add a veil and that sealed the deal. I enjoyed my experience and would recommend WLB to all future brides!

My group and I felt like the consultants weren’t helpful at fitting the dresses to see what they would look like on me and I had to browse through the racks to find dresses I liked. Worst expierence EVER!! Right when we walked in they were rude. Had an appointment and we were a little early as the one lady kept reminding us.
