I walked into Slumberland to just browse for a new couch. After meeting Michelle, I left confident in the purchase I made. Michelle also helped me understand the difference between cheaply made furniture and furniture that lasts.

Less than pleasant purchase experience all around. Bought a few items over the years with a similar experience each purchase. Consistent! Staff was polite and friendly.

Our salesman was great i told him what we were looking for and our price range and he found us some great deals 😀 1 stop and done!

I Came in looking for something particular I saw on the website, just an inexpensive bedroom set for a guest room. The set was not in stock and with all the shipping delays due to covid was going to be a couple months. After exploring several different options and striking out all the way around as I was about to give up and look elsewhere a solution was found on a clearance piece. I have over 20 years of sales and sales management experience and can say only the best about this experience all the way around. Yes I had to be a little flexible on price but I got what I needed and stayed within my budget. My only regret is I dont remember the managers name, but I believe it was Rachel or Robin or something like that. Lol By the way if you are looking for a job she is looking for good sales representatives and I can guarantee you will enjoy working on her team. Thank you again and best of luck to you.

After searching all of Bismarck with a total of a whopping six furniture stores looking for a simple lazy boy recliner without having to wait six months due to the Covid outbreak, The last place I went to and that’s the way it always works! I actually had more choices for purchasing and walking out that very day. the sales person very knowledgeable and very nice.unlike IKEA which I have nothing good to say about other than never go there

Good service but furniture got delayed by 4 months so we had to cancel and get a new set. Then we had to call them just to get our furniture delivery date set. Finally they didn’t even show up within the 3 hour window that was already agreed upon. At least the sales staff was nice, but never coming back. Way too much of hassle just to get a couch.

Great service and knowledge by the sales associate but they mixed up the delivery date so we went a night with no bed. No one called to let us know it wouldnt be delivered the day we expected either. We had cleared out our old bed, hauled off and rearranged our schedule that day waiting for delivery. They apologized but it was slight inconvenience for us.

After a long day of shopping at 5+ furniture stores Romeo, the sales associate at Bismarcks Slumberland was amazing! His friendly and cheerful personality welcomed me to the store and he quickly helped me find the perfect couch! He really knew a lot about the product & company. He wasnt pushy in the slightest which was a relief to say the least! Best sales associate ever ❤

Sales associate took care of what we were looking for. Only issue is it will take almost 2 months to get the bed. Would really like to have it 4 weeks sooner.

They had the table that worked best for our home. They were not the pushy, hovering sales type that usually drive us away. And I really appreciated that they stayed beyond closing to let us test out the table to be sure we wanted it and complete our order.

We found a futon to our liking, so purchased it. We were told it would need to ordered but due to pandemic it could be awhile until it showed up. No word on anything from slumberland about it in more than a month. Paid for it the day we ordered it. Have checked with them a couple times, but absolutely no help in tracking it down. In the meantime they have had our money all this time. Poor communication with customers.

Didnt have my chair on hand, but was able to get the color I wanted. I guess I am too impatient, cant wait for my chair to come in. Service was great!!

The sales rep answered my questions walked me back to the lift chair I inquired about talked me through and showed me the chairs function we went to sales desk she explained warranty and extended warranty and the delivery options the whole process about 15 minutes delivery was about a week earlier than expected and delivered earlier time slot to my door WELL DONE

We went to slumberland looking for a new mattress. The employee was so helpful and they had a big selectIon to choose from. We waited about a week and looked at other options but went back to slumberland because their prices and employees were the best. The item we got was in stock so we didn’t have to wait to order it. I would recommend Slumberland for all of your furniture needs.

Walked through the door and someone was right there to help me. I fell in love with a chair, they only had one. The young lady was more then happy to track down more chairs from other stores. The whole process from start to finish probably took about 15 minutes. Now that’s my kind of shopping!

Desi was accommodating and so very cheerful on a Tuesday morning. She made the shopping for what I specifically wanted—-just plain fun.

The sales team at the Bismarck store was very helpful with making the right purchase for the money. However the people you use for your warranty really sucks. We purchased a table with stone looking pieces around the sides. One of them fell off. Also the finish was guaranteed. But we have bad spots. Warranty people say it’s not covered. Might just be the last purchase we make with the store
