Awful. It’s Saturday and we drove an hour and a half to get to this Sally’s beauty. They have on the door that they close at 8 pm today, yet they closed 40 minutes early??? Are they that lazy?Edit for Sunday-Sunday: finally went this morning, the two employees were screaming about how they closed too early. Literally so loud my head was pounding, while my grandma was with me! Anyways she was screaming, because the lady at the register got caught for closing too early and claimed, “she didn’t know” etc., even though it’s on the website AND on their store door! No excuse. When I went to pay for my items they were extremely rude and I am beyond disappointed in the customer service they gave, I was so kind to them, it’s so sad.

Clean store. Service was okay but knowing the protocols for covid-19, Im sure they dont want to engage with others as much. Super friendly at the register. Patient and full of life. Answered questions quickly.

Not the best Sally that I’ve been to. The asscociates did not offer to help and although I knew what I was looking for it would be nice to be helped.

Staff was well educated and helped me quickly. I had never lifted a color before and I couldn’t be happier with how things turned out. All thanks to the staff!

The lady who appeared to be in charge as she looked like she was doing the banking....was very rude. I misread a price, she showed me that I was mistaken and I apologized. She didnt accept the apology and as I left I stated.. youre welcome . Bad customer service.
