Well if I could give 10 stars I would. Initial greeting was a very attractive woman sliding between 2 different computers to help me. Great start. She asked Anthony to come off his lunch break to help, he assessed the car told me the issue, typed up a bid, I was a cash deal he worked with me a bit, sold. They kept the car that day and 4 days later it was good as new. Tough paint to make look good and match the factory metal flake, they were dead on. I will recommend and use them again in the future. I needed a cracked windshield repaired which they did in a timely manner. While putting in the new windshield they broke off one of my sun visors, which was an inconvenience- but not the end of the world!They worked with me to get that replaced and repaired. I had my pickup in here after an accident with a mule deer. The repairs were estimated to be about 3 weeks, but it was completed in half of that. The quality of the repairs was also excellent, would definitely recommend Abra to anyone.

This is a friendly, professionally run family owned auto body shop. Ive used this company three times over the years and have always had great experiences. The lifetime guarantee on their work is reassuring although Ive never had to use it because of the quality work they do. Thank you for the terrific work you did on my bumper.

I have never been to a shop with such horrible customer service!! My vehicle was in their shop for weeks with no update on work because they failed to return messages left on their voicemail and even messages that were left with live human employees. I was required to pay for their services even though my vehicle was not completely fixed when I picked it up. I then have had to repeatedly call to get updates on where the still unfinished pieces were......one time they were sitting there and they didn’t know who they belonged to!! Here we are months later from the first time it went in for repair and I again had to call to see if they finally had the part because I just want to be done with ABRA! You will not find me recommending this shop to anyone. My recommendation......Go somewhere else!!

Great repair work, but unfortunately the repair service takes way longer than they estimated for. I understand things take time, Rome wasnt built in a day, but when a customer calls asking the status of their vehicle, please do not tell them the vehicle is at a different location/sub contractor when they are staring right at their truck in your lot.

These guys did such a wonderful job on my car, cant even tell i was in an accident. They also kept me updated through the process!

I cant recommend if you want your vehicle back to pre damage condition.

Except for the circumstance of being here, I love going to ABRA. The associates are super nice. They help you get an estimate done quickly and do most of the heavy lifting by sending the estimate to your insurance for you. They can usually get you scheduled quickly, but beware of weather events. If a hail storm or snow storm just came through town you might have to wait an extra week to get your car fixed. Weve looked at other repair shops in town and they have been comparable prices to the others.The customer service is the reason for going back here everytime.

They underquoted on hail damage by almost 28%. They use a 3rd party to do their paintless dent repairs. I bet the price increase wouldnt happen if insurance wasnt involved. Wouldnt bring my car here again.Car looks good. Tony was kind.

Vibrating windshield that was installed wrong but it had a chip in it from a rock so they would not replace. Another windshield place said it was stress cracks from improper installation. Now I have to choose between buying a new windshield again or having my babies birthday party.....
