Called at 9 am on a Monday told Josh what I needed and asked if he could do it that day. His service guy Jason was at my place at 130 and fixed in an hour. Amazing service and they both were very friendly and helpful. Great service and very reasonable. I’d recommend them to anyone! Thank you guys!

After getting conned into going to Lowe’s because of the old “bait & switch,” we decided to skip the other big box stores and went to Advantage Appliance to purchase our new range. We got a great deal from someone who knew his appliances and their inventory. And free delivery (in only two weeks!), free cord, free setup & free haul away of our old stove was just the icing on the cake.Lesson learned. We will be back to Advantage for the rest of our new kitchen appliances this summer!

Best place to get appliances from, great long lasting products and the service to back them, will continue to be my first choice. Their products, for me, have lasted way longer than appliances Ive bought from dept stores in the past. Fair prices too.

We furnished our house when we built with Advantage 19 years ago. 2 weeks ago our wash machine went, I looked everywhere up in the north part of Bismarck and have never had such sad customer service (1 store Ill never go into again). Called advantage Wednesday morning and they actually had the set in stock, yes we deliver, install and take the old no hidden fees or extras to buy. Went to pick out colored - bought white because got 5 year warranty verse 1 year, took maybe half hour, setup for Friday already and they called before arriving, had on masks, did their job and were gone. Quick, quiet and 100% A+ Customer Service from stay to finish. Saved the best for last. Now the product - so far awesome but its hard to imagine the product not being as good as everyone I worked with so no worries here. Thank you so much guys! See you soon for the rest of the house.

Purchased a grill to cook Easter dinner. The guys at Advantage showed me the differences between the models. I ended up getting a different model than I was expecting. In the end I purchased the model that best fits my needs. I saved a few hundred dollars. It pays to buy local from a knowledgeable source. I am very happy.

Very poor service, no backup, no reason to pay extra for their so called service, 90 days for warranty to replace a switch, buy from a big box store for less and receive the same service.

Wanting to purchase from a local provider, I bought a new Fridge, had it delivered & noticed my front door interior pane was shattered. I could hear/see the glass falling inside the panes.The delivery people had taken the door off & put it back on. Dan took pictures & showed it to the owner. He alluded to pay for it. However, when our new window was put in. They said my husband was a liar & refused to make us whole. They did not send it to their insurance, as well. His delivery people said Dan had taken the door off and it was laying in the driveway. However, Dan was recovering from a cancer surgery and couldnt lift 10 lbs. WE KNOW WHO THE LIARS ARE!!!!

We bought a microwave for my mom for Christmas and inside the door there is a dead spider, she brought this to the store owners attention and he was so rude to her and not helpful at all on how to get it out or to replace the microwave. I would not recommend this store to anyone. very lacking on customer service

Bought a freezer from here, was told the freezer carried a 10 year warranty. I was excited because my last freezer, which I bought from Sears, only lasted 5 years. I had to beg Advantage Appliance to get my warranty information. After three months I still havent received anything. I had to ask them where they turned the warranty information in to, and I had to call them myself to get the warranty information. As it turns out, it is compressor warranty only. As that turns out it is compressor parts only, I am still responsible for the labor to fix. I have to call this 1-800 number in Missouri if I have a warranty claim. So while I wait 4 weeks to have my compressor parts shipped to me, I have rotting meat at my house. I will probably just have to go buy another freezer. What a joke. I will never buy anything from this store again.Lowes or Sears has way better customer service, not to mention better prices.

Spent $3000+ on appliance- they were more than happy to run my credit card immediately- told me two weeks and it would be in. After 3 weeks (and no contact by them) I had to go back to the store and the salesmen, after sitting at his computer “checking” on the status of my order, I was told it was “just delivered” on the Friday before the Monday afternoon I was in- there was no explanation as to why I wasn’t contacted Friday-Saturday or even Monday. It then took another week and again me contacting them to set up delivery. I emailed Advantage and explained my frustration and received no response. Very disappointed.

Very disappointed in this store. I just moved back to Bismarck and a friend recommended shopping here for a new washer and dryer. Arranged to have it delivered the next day, after waiting for an hour after delivery time I called the store and was told they were running behind and they would call before delivery....never did get delivered so now I sit again with no washer and dryer. Next time I will go somewhere else!

I have purchased many appliances from Advantage Appliance over the years and I always felt that I bought them at a fair price. I have always considered sales and service to go together when purchasing a product. The sealed system on my refrigerator began leaking and I had it diagnosed by a Sears repairman. I was told by him that it was covered by warranty and because it was a Whirlpool product they were unable to fix it under warranty as they apparantly dont have a current agreement with Whirlpool to do so. I contacted Advantage Appliance and was told their repairmen (Appliance Solutions) dont do repairs outside of Bismarck-Mandan. I asked what I should do and they suggested calling Whirlpool. I called Whirlpool and I was told that they couldnt find any repairmen for my area (Washburn). I attempted to call every repairman in the Bismarck Mandan area, including outside the area and absolutely no one will go outside the Bismarck Mandan area to repair refrigerators. So I want everyone to know that lives outside Bismarck/Mandan to not expect to find a appliance repairman. After much begging I finally got Josh from Appliance Solutions to fix it. It took 3 months to get it fixed. When you buy an appliance in Bismarck make sure they guarantee service in your area and get it in writing if necessary. The product is only as good as the service and they should always go together no matter where you live!

Bought a jenn air gas cooktop, had it installed turned out to have a broken gas line under the burner switch, so while the safety valve under the countertop was turned on it leaked gas in our kitchen.Called adavntage appliance and they were zero help, they would not replace it, $1700 brand new, and they made me contact jenn air in michigan to set up the repair scenario, this whole ordeal took about 40 days, so everytime we needed to cook something we had to turn the gas valve on below the cooktop and then turn it off when we were done cooking,Do yourself a favor and don not give this local company your business, go to lowes or buy online. The main reason we bought local was so we could have the store work with their installer for the new gas line that was needed. But it all just backfired on us.Avantage appliance sucks!

I want to replace all the kitchen appliances (4 pieces) but their hours make it difficult for me to get to them. Closing at 5, really? I called and asked about an after hours appointment (I used to sell cars, we were constantly staying late for our customers) and was told no. I guess someone else will get my business, and my money...bummer!
