Can I leave half of a star? These people are so rude it’s just astonishing. Went in to get a poster printed. I stood there at the counter for at least 20 minutes watching 4 employees work on one printer. (Turns out it takes 4 to load paper). Each 4 saw me standing there. I obviously did not get my poster, I think that may have been too hard for them.

I picked up a package at this location and the staff were rude. The box was badly damaged (luckily the item wasn’t). Don’t use this place.

I used to go to this location when craming with classes because they were open 24 hours. I thought open last week but closed at 6pm I guess covid-19. Thats too bad because have a lot of machines and lots of table space to organize. And parking

This is the absolute worst one Ive ever had to experience. No one knew what I needed for my images to be printed. The employee who was supposed to be helping me was rude and complained about how she didnt want to be at work. I spent 45 minutes and 7 dollars on computer time only to be told they couldnt help me.

No help whatsoever, the clerks very rude and they try to avoid you so you dont ask for help, first and last visit.....

The Fed ex delivery man delivered a package to my home. I needed to refuse the package but since He didnt notify me by knocking on the door or ring the doorbell I didnt know he left the package. I took it down to this FedEx drop off and they refused to give me any type of tracking number or receipt that I had dropped it off. So therefore the front counter person could just take these packages and throw them in a suitcase and put them in their car me being responsible for the package since I have no proof that I dropped it off. Go to any UPS store instead they have no problem giving you a receipt for dropping off your package. Thats why UPS Drives the big package cars and fed ex drives a small Mini van.

When they are good, they are very, VERY good!BUT - when they are bad, they are HORRID.Ive had such a crazy mix of experiences at this place, that I dont even know where to start. The service is never consistent. The pricing is never consistent. The quality is never consistent. I have worked with some employees who are EXTREMELY helpful and friendly, then Ive had some that just totally are not (to say the least). Last time I went in, the lady manager had no clue what she was doing. I needed 3 prints ran, and ended up leaving this location very frustrated with 9 ruined pieces of my specialty paper.I finally found an awesome guy who works at a different location, and Im going to try to work strictly with him from now on. Sheesh...

This print shop was awesome!! We have been using another shop closer to my office but they would never get our prints out on time- they told me my order would take until next week to get done! I called this fedex today at 10 and by 1 they were ready for pick up! I am incredibly impressed! You will be my print shop from now on!

Dropped of package to be shipped at this location it totally disappeared. This item was an eBay sale. Customer complained that he did not receive and left unfavorable feedback. We refunded the buyer and filed a claim with fedex. The items ended up being delivered 2 months later out of nowhere. Filed a claim with Fedex which was denied. Do not ship from this location. Contacted the store manager and he was not helpful.

Went into the store just for a few copies. 4 people behind the counter. Stood there for 5 minutes, no one even acknowledged I was there. Im pretty sure I can get copies made elsewhere.

I needed to send an overnight package to my renters. The staff were both knowledgeable and courteous. My package arrived, at the exact time the staff promised.

Clean and quiet. All of the computers,copiers, and fax machines were easy and ready to use.

Service horrible at first...didnt even get a hello, just took my item without saying a word after I walked in. After I showed I didnt like that she changed her attitude. Poor professionalism to say the least.

I visited this store yesterday evening to get a few (20) oversized (not that large, 11x28) color prints, on regular paper, from a PDF file that I provided on a USB flash drive. I was the only person in the shop. The woman that served me was extremely rude and seemed seriously put out that I was in her shop. She said it would take hours to print the file, IF she was able to get around to it. She quoted me a price of $21.95 per page.I thanked her for her time (2 minutes) and went to Office Max (a mile or so down the road) and within 15 minutes had 20 copies of my document printed at a cost of $1.28 per print. The service was friendly and very professional.I strongly recommend that you avoid this store (at least on Saturday evenings). There are other companies that actually want your business.

Walked in to return a piece of DirectTV equipment. The lady tried to stay busy in the back of the store as long as she could so as to not wait on me. When she finally gave in it was obvious she was put out to have to help me. I will make sure to use the UPS Store next time to return equipment

I have only used them to drop off packages and they have been fine for me. Getting in or out can be a nightmare

The guy offered to put in a box for me, so i said okay, but used much larger box than necessary and tacked on $12 to a $30 shipment he said for packaging and the box.

For a 24x7 location, to have a 12pm cut-off time on Saturday for Express packages is pathetic. Nobody in customer service has any clue where locations or drop boxes with weekend pick-up hours are located.

Not very helpful when it comes to using their computers. They start to help you, then just walk away.

The guy charged me $8.50 to scan 12 pieces of paper to a thumb drive that took 5 seconds. I will not be going back.

I came to make a label and the machine wasnt working. One of the workers just stood there looking stupid while the machine is acting up. Didnt offer help or anything. Just stood there looking stupid.
