They have great service, very knowledgeable staff, and a tremendous number of customizations, fabric swatches, and the like to choose from. They also have a good selection of floor models you can try out before you buy, which is one thing you cant do online. Blake helped me out when I was there, and he did a solid job, staying after hours to drive with me to a partners showroom here in town.
