Th customer service associate, Boomer (I think) was extremely patient and informative with me. I came in with crutches and a boot on my foot and he truly made sure that I was comfortable while he explained their services and contract information. I really appreciate being made to feel as if I was the most important person there during my visit. Thank you. People lose site of the importance of simple things. They did not.

I find it a bit expensive and no access on Sunday and after 8 p.m. is inconvenient.The customer service is great though!
