My mother and I were greeted with kindness and professionalism upon entering the store. They were super busy this weekend but the SA promptly addressed what we were there for and answered any questions or concerns about the bag. It was my mother’s first Louis and we had an excellent experience. The store was well stocked and had several bags that we were interested in. We will be back to this location again!

An absolutely horrifying experience. It’s been a while since this incident happened but it haunts me. I hope that this post will help management make some changes so that another customer will not be put in this situation. I went in to take a look around. I wasn’t greeted for one and they weren’t busy. When I asked a worker for help which was a tall middle aged( I assume )woman with streaky blonde/brown hair named Natalie. She helped me politely but when I turned my back to take another look around she had made some sly comments to a coworker. Saying I couldn’t possibly afford this and that they should keep an eye on me. As well as some racial slurs and jokes later on that I prefer not to share. I know that they thought I couldn’t hear them but it doesn’t make it right. I’ve just never been so mortified. I will not be coming to this location again.
Rude. Brand ignorance. The service doesn’t compare to other LV stores. They need to get out of Birmingham and visit other locations to understand the level of service expected. It’s laughable.
I’ve been here twice and everyone is always so welcoming. This is one of my favorite locations to shop.

I ordered a wallet on Dec. 26th and was sent messages on Dec. 30th that the wallet was being mailed to be. Today is 1/4 and the wallet was never sent on 12/30. I was informed that it would take 3-8 days and was told that this is UPS fault for not picking up the package. I have talked to so many people and I will not stop until I get in contact with the corporate office and the right person because this wallet should have been sent the day I was told. I have all documentation and this is ridiculous not to mention the guy that I spoke with at the store has no customer service so he should be fired. I do not plan to order anything else from LV with this time of service. The purse and luggage that I was going to order will not happen. I dont see this store being open for much longer.

One of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I Called to ask a question about some colognes that I have from Louis Vuitton. And the first thing she said was LouIS VuITton (nothing else). I told her I have some questions about the colognes because I own some. She put me on hold, and I am still on hold for 16 minutes. I hope the management of the store will see it and review the phone call. Thank you. Also is my first time in my life that I put below 5 stars on a store, because I am not that kind of person, and I sure will remember it. (also a small update I am waiting on hold for 40 minutes).
Todays experience was none other than exceptional. Alinda and Micheal were the absolute best. I was promptly greeted by the two and was able to view several items before making my final purchase without feeling rushed or pressured. I appreciate the time they took in helping me select a purse that was right for me. I highly recommended Alinda and Michael and hope to return soon just to buy from them.
I fly in from Virginia just to come to the store and purchase a purse. The staff are friendly, welcoming and willing to assist you with your questions and concerns. I love. my new purse.

Worst experience EVER. I was in the market for a bag and walked in with my husband to see the inventory. To begin we were scoped from head to toe..but not greeted until I deliberately made eye contact with store staff.Then it was only a smirk. We had to walk over to him and initiate conversation. Based on our questions it was OBVIOUS that we were in the market to purchase. NO EFFORT WHAT SO EVER WAS MADE to offer service of any kind. We instantly got the clear impression that we were not wanted or welcomed! SAKS Louis Vuitton be abundantly clear. You are not the only game in town. Shopping is optional. But I would like to thank you for being The confirmation that I needed . You clearly Do not want my business and I clearly dont NEED you.
If I could leave zero stars, I would. Worst customer service award goes to this place. 2/3 SA’s today had the personality of a rock. Absolutely no help whatsoever! I won’t be back. If I’m in desperate need of a Louis, I’ll deal with my over the phone SA or the online store.

This LV is inside the Saks Fifth Avenue store in the Summit. Because this is the closest store to Montgomery I do most of my shopping and take my repairs here. I have been in the store numerous times and have always gotten good service. The same manager has been at this store for years so the service has remained consistent. The selection is limited but they still have a lot to offer.
The level of incompetence at this store is unreal. Lord forbid there is an issue with your 2k bag such as the lining coming apart. You will be sitting there with a broken bag while the associates will pass you off from one another and the manager will hide in the office and refuse to come out.The customer service at the saddest Wal-Mart is better then at this LV store. I can tell you that no more of our money will be spent there.

Staff extremely unhelpful. I suppose I wasnt wearing the appropriate attire or didnt look like I could afford their merchandise. If the employees could get off their high horse and offer help instead of watching you as if you were a convicted thief, the experience as whole would have been a better one. I suggest making a trip to Tennessee or Atlanta instead of using this location.

Only serving whitesIt was a busy day for them but I was greeted in a timely fashion & waited to be assisted. It was taking a while with the other customers so I began to browse the store. I was the only person waiting (for 15min) until a pretty Caucasian woman came into the store she was greeted in the same fashion she browsed a little & then an older Caucasian woman (who was still helping someone else) told if she needed a purse or something shown she would gladly help then pulled a bag for the other lady (who was only there for 5 minutes ) then gave me an interesting look & looked away! They will never receive my business 💔

Very low inventory and not much variety. Went in to purchase the very basic Neverfull Damier bag and they stated they didnt have of course and that they couldnt even tell me how long it would take if they ordered online because it was on back order. Meanwhile I went home and ordered off the Louis Vuitton website and got within the following week!
Horrible customer service - borderline rude. They could care less you are in the store to shop and drop thousands of dollars on a purse. Sassy and snotty is a very good way to put it. Louis Vuittons dont hold up very well considering the price anyway - steer clear. I had an issue with my handbag straps after owning the handbag for only about 8 months. The guy helping me asked me well, do you use it every day? in a very condescending, sassy tone....i said yes and he responded back with an annoyed huff, well thats why! - ok - so what you are saying is please spend $2000 on a purse, but for heavens sake, please dont use it! Please. I have Kate Spade purses that have held up better than the beloved LV brand.
Poor Customer Service and they give you some lame excuse that they can’t process an exchange purchased from a Louis Vuitton flagship store. I’ll continue to spend my money at the Louis Vuitton store in Lenox Mall, in Atlanta, GA. These country bumpkins at the Birmingham, AL. store can have several seats!

The customer service stinks here. I went in to bring in a wallet that was bought only a month ago that had a single piece of thread loose. The manager tried to blame me saying it was wear and tear. For an $805 wallet PLUS TAXES, the thread should not have been coming up so soon, and there was no other damage to the wallet....no other scratches or anything. They tried to charge me $30 to fix, were very rude, and acted like I had dirt on my face when I came in. I will drive to ATL or order online before I patronize this location ever again. Please Birmingham, give your customers some RESPECT!
I own a lot of LV bought from Phipps Plaza in Atlanta and I came to this store to look for a new folio case for my IPhone X and at their sunglasses and it was the worse vibe. The people working there looked unprofessional and like they were plain and not pop cultured. The manager was foreign, low energy, and boring to say the least! I like more high end atmospheres and more high end customer service! Phipps Plaza is AMAZING!!! It’s the complete LV experience. This Saks LV feels like your shopping at Walmart and their security guard looks like she could rob the place any second! Definitely made me uncomfortable!
