One of my bags is unraveling. Another one has a small rip in it. To my knowledge they aren’t suppose to do this. Very upset. I have multiple of these Brahmins and two of them are falling apart and for the price I paid I’m very upset.

Had to wait outside the store about 5 minutes until some customers left... its a 4 person limit at the moment, which is understandable, there was only one person working and the space isnt that big. Lovely selection of Brahmins, I got what I came for & it was on sale, even better! Sales rep was okay 🤷🏾‍♀️

My experience started before the boutique! AprilThe sales person answered the phone.... I explained it was my mother in law birthday. I had a lot going on and I wasn’t able to order her bag in time. April then begin to engage me in conversation and ask me about the particular bag unfortunately they didn’t have in the store but she gave me several options. We finally figured out a particular bag. I walked into the store and ask for her in particular she greeted me with a smile we looked around I looked at the different bags I change the bag she was so patient so warm so fuzzy professional not only did I leave out of there with a bag from my mother-in-law but I left out with one for myself. I will definitely continue to be Aprils customer!! Thank you for the exceptional experience!’n

The absolute worst experience I have ever had regarding customer experience especially with a high end item. The manager of the store talk to me like I was stupid and ignorant. The previous experience with this store had been exceptional. I have no idea what this manager was thinking and what she was trying to convey. Very unprofessional and customer focused.

I walked up to the door at the Summit and it was locked a sales persone was standing right there when i pulled on the door as i walked away thats when she came and said i had to make and appointment as i walked away she gone say i can come in i said no thank you i will do my shopping online from now on...
