One of worst place and customer service ever i got. they said if i closed the case on paypal they would send a replacement item. up to 1 month there is also no change of goods. lets just pray that their sales run smoothly and are better at making money

After getting bad news from my physicians at UAB I needed a pick me up and a bit of fun. It sounds funny but it was just a wonderful visit walking around looking at To the Trade kitchen goods, the professional stuff. I needed a new sheet pan to purchase, so Bresco has 15 different types.The staff are helpful knowledgeable and just nice folks. Questions about kitchen goods? Bresco is the place!

Today was our first time going to Bresco, and it was truly a very pleasant experience. The staff seemed eager to help, were very polite, and Tyler did everything in his power to help us find what we needed, even OUTSIDE of the store! He followed up with an email later that day just to keep me updated on his progress on finding what we were looking for. Good customer service can be so hard to find, but Bresco has NAILED IT!👌🏾

I make my own granola using half and half, honey and maple syrup. This is the place to get the larger quantities of things like maple syrup.

As usual I found just what I was looking for!and got it for a reasonable price! Great customer service and family environment.

Well stocked and super friendly. They mostly cater to restaurants, but they have everything the dedicated home chef needs and more. Skip the fancy overpriced wannabes at the mall and go to Bresco instead.

Love this store! A little lacking in the service, but they were busy the day I was there and I feel sure they wouldve helped when I got to the counter (had I needed), BUT the guy took my purchases to my car! Prices are great, especially compared to Restaurant Depot. Got a paella pan (big, more than 12) for less than $12.00. Im getting rid of my cookware that is not stainless steel, and got a HEAVY 17.5 quart stockpot for about $53.00. Heavy stainless cooking utensils for less than $3 each. Def will be going back! 9/9/17
