This company is also responsible for a rental company which demonstrates shady business practices! Once the dad retired; the sons have dragged the business down hill! Jacob especially, held on to my deposit for an entire month during the pandemic & gave an invoice with pre-existing/fabricated damages! They were very unprofessional & didn’t follow through on their word! I can only image the quality of the chemical product, I’m sure it’s as low budget as their character!!! I would give them less than one star if there was an option! I would not recommend K Chem Inc nor Steel City Properties to anyone. BEWARE!

As a computer technician that has been working in the Birmingham area for the past 15 years I have worked for a lot of different companies within the Birmingham area. K-Chem is one of those companies. I worked on K-Chems computers for several years. I found them to be very professional as well as pleasant people to work with. While at their location working on their computers I admired the thoughtful way they dealt with their customers and the courtesy they always displayed to me or anyone who walked in their doors. I would highly recommend them as a fine company to work with.
