Cant even go inside to get a box of screws. Been like this for a while. Place is a joke. I guess I will have to go to big box stores instead.

You need an account to purchase anything(due to the he corona virus) There is no sign indicating this. Wasted half an hour of our time waiting for one customer before we were informed. Also the customer in front of us was having trouble. Apparently the salesman could not locate pan head screws in the system. Pan head screws are one of the most common types of screws used in commercial construction.Lastly, despite us and another customer standing there for so long, the other 3 employees on staff completely ignored us. Our company is done doing business here.

Poor service. Claim to put bolts on order but never did. Do not care about the customer. Manager is extremely rude. Save time and money by going to Vulcan Industrial Supply.

Fails to order hardware when requested. Lost my company credit application twice.
