Avoid this hose shop if at all possible. Recently about every other hose that I have had made here has been made wrong, sometime wrong length, usually they put the wrong fittings on. It’s better to drive to Homewood once to have a hose made than to drive here multiple times so they can make the hose correctly.

I recently went in on a Tuesday needing a fitting. Was told they would need to order one and would be in on Friday... called Friday, said they were waiting on my boss to give an ok...well, I AM the boss! So requested they order ASAP, call me when the order arrives. Called a few days later to see if it had arrived and receptionist took my number and said she would let me know tracking details... I’m still waiting for a call back! If you have a machine down and are desperate for a fitting, I would not recommend this team of people.
