They wont even let you shop around. You literally have to know exactly what you want and they go get it for you while you stand behind a gate packed at the door like sheep all in the name of SOCIAL DISTANCING. Oh and they dont sell flashlights!!!!

You can not really enter the store, you have to stand in front of the door and tell them what you want/need! You can not walk around to see if its any thing you for got but would see it if you had the opportunity to brouse around.

Its rare they dont have something I need and they always go the extra distance to help me out. They are dying breed a store owner that I wish there were more of

Love this place. Super helpful staff. Not like going to big box store, yeah its down on aisle 22 on the right about A quarter of the way down. These people will walk you right to it and tell you how to use it if you need. They know thier stuff.

Quick, helpful, and friendly service.

Its usual a good experience and, generally, i get the right help i need. When the younger (under 25) people are in there is when i tend to have problems. The younger ones cant cut keys well, dont seem to have the same interest as getting me what i need, and seem more focused on just getting me out the door. The atmosphere fluctuates, i would guess, with how good or bad of a day the people (the ones sitting in the chairs) are having. I have come in to warm welcomes some days and, other days, it seems like they dont care that im there until i walk up to one of them and begin speaking. They seem to be good people and i would definitely define it as a Mom and Pop, family business. Its very rare that they have not been able to help me.

I and my late father before me have been dealing with Richardsons for many years and have always had a good experience. They nearly always have what I need and if not, they will get it soon and call to tell me its in.All the employees are friendly and helpful and know right where the item(s) I need are located Their prices are very reasonable, often less expensive than Walmart, Home Depot or Lowes.I recommend Richardsons to anyone because they have such an array of parts and equipment including many vegetables located out front to grow at home and many flowering plants as well. It is a great place to shop and youll be making a contribution to a local business !
