Great place. Great selection. Amazingly helpful staff. From the outside you might believe that it is a small store but it really is much bigger than you would think. If you need it, they probably have it or are more than willing to get it for you. Staff is readily available to not only help find things but also to help guide you through your project and help you with advice on how best to complete it.

T Rific. The sound of the new Echo cordless mower and trimmer is less than my cordless drill. The power of all the equipment especially the blower is remarkable. No more trips to the station for a can of fuel.

Nice town hardware store with a lot of the things you cant find at a big box.

After coming here to buy a simple spray bottle that I couldnt find at Lowes or Walmart and experiencing real customer service Im thinking that I may never go back to a big box store for anything! The variety and quality of products that this store carries is really impressive. They dont sell stupid junk that will break in a year like Lowes does. Very satisfied.

This is how a hardware store is supposed to function. I went in for a tensioning screw on an old chainsaw. They went out of their way to offer options and help by removing old parts from their small engine repair in the back. Great guys that are knowledgeable and friendly!

Need any hard to find part, this is the place to go. Very friendly staff. Had exactly what I needed at a fair price. Quality products. Make sure to look up. They have so much stock it goes almost to the ceiling.

Fantastic experience. Recently purchased a home with a big yard and needed some lawn equipment. Decided to buy some quality Echo equipment (weed eater/edger combo and a backpack blower). John gassed up all the stuff, set all the equipment up for me, and showed me how to operate and maintain it. Who provides that kind of customer service anymore? He also filed the warranty paperwork. Their prices were exactly the same as Home Depot and other big box stores--not to mention they actually had the stuff in stock. If you want one on one service by someone who sells, operates, and maintains the equipment youre buying--do yourself a favor and go to Bluff Park Hardware. They earned a lifetime customer today.

These guys are pleasant and professional. Its a small store but it has the essentials to repair most anything. Always helpful and courteous gentlemen ready to answer any questions. They carry items the big boxes dont but we have to have if you have an older home. Great spot to pick up a glass bottle of cold Coca-Cola for a refreshing little somethings else.

My brother-in-law and I stopped by yesterday looking for mower parts. They didnt have what we needed but were glad we stopped anyway. I only wish I lived closer. These kind of old fashioned family establishments are too few and far between these days.

Excellent spot for friendly, knowledgeable service you cant get at a big box store. Ive bought everything from lawnmower blades to hardware for a Harley. These guys are great and will give you tips and advice on your weekend project and have the parts you need to get the job done.

I always enjoy going to Bluff Park Hardware. I have been going there over 30 years. When the original owner retired he sold the store to someone just as knowledgeable and helpful. The employees are also friendly and helpful. Today I needed a single bolt for a Kenmore oven. To get the Kenmore part on line I would have to spend over $5 and then over $7 for shipping and handling, 140% of the purchase price. Had I gone to Lowes or Home Depot I would have to purchase a pack of 3 or more bolts when I only needed one. Bluff Park Hardware sold me two bolts for 29 cents, tax and all, a savings of 4000%. Also due to phenomenal customer service over many years, I will continue to go to Bluff Park Hardware, an independent local business.

If I had one word to describe this place, it would be INCOMPETENT. Took them a coil from a vintage Briggs & Stratton powered generator of mine to upgrade to the electric style from the points style. After multiple attempts, they were unable to match one on up. They kept saying, try this one! without knowing whether or not it would work. When I returned to pick up my original coil, they said they had throw it out already. Now I am out the time and gas for all the trips (4-5), and a coil, so I have no way to match it up. They did nothing to make it right beyond the pathetic sorry. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired, and they are obviously not qualified to work on any small engines.

Very knowledgeable guys that usually have what I need. I live in a older house that still has a fuse box, attic fan, etc.....They keep the stuff for these houses on hand, and will offer advice if you ask politely.
