Roger was SUPER !!! I had the beat experience picking out our Marble . I looked at several places before finding Encore and had even picked out a slab at one but no one would call me back . With Encore I called and didn’t even leave a message and they called me back because they missed a call . We walked in and were greeted right away by Roger and the proceeded to show us EVERYTHINg they had ( which was ALOt ) . He took his time and even had them move some slabs for me . I will recommend them to anyone and will come back when we need more .

Their facility is very clean & organized, a nice inviting atmosphere to take your clients into. They also have a great selection of Stone ranging from your basic colors to your more exotic pieces. Very professional atmosphere, friendly environment, employees always helpful with fulfilling each order. The warehouse is clean, well managed with a large selection of stone which is handled in the utmost care. Adam, Joni, Eric, Cathleen, thank you for all the hard work you put into it. Making our fabricators as well as the customers of ours happy.

We ordered a pice of marble, and they delivered a completely different piece than the one we were shown multiple times. And unfortunately they no longer had the piece we originally chose. When we decided to return the incorrect slab, they charged us a $100 restocking fee and did not respond to our inquiries about the fee. So much for the store managers promise to make this right. Be very careful when you are purchasing from them that you take pictures of everything and get the slab numbers for what you think you are ordering.
